'I booked this hotel last moment because of a storm and change of travel plans. The bed in the bedroom was in a terrible condition. There were no clean linen for the mattress size provided . There were two smaller size cover linen provided, folded on the bed which were very old. The pillows smelled. There was no clean sheet provided for the mattress - only a mattress protector . The mattress protector was very dirty, full of sand, hair, old stains and unsanitary. The bathroom smelled terribly....

'We very much enjoyed our stay as both the grounds as the room were very nice. The staff was really great, we had the feeling the hotel was well managed and the staff worked here with pleasure and generally had a smile on their face. Also the reception was very pleasant and effective. All by all it was a very nice holiday!'

'Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach.
