'The woman at the counter was able to help us out of a mix-up that we had. She was fabulous and was able to straighten things out so that everyone involved was happy. The room was perfect and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Breakfast was very good also.'

'This hotel is on the downhill slide. It definitely looks nice in pictures and appears nice at first, but when you get closer, everything is filthy. Bathroom was moldy, chairs at breakfast were dirty, elevator carpets are very gross. I asked for an extra blanket and they asked for my room number to get me out of the lobby, but never brought the blanket. Additionally, people were still waiting in the lobby at 9p.m. for their rooms to be ready. Check in is at 4pm but do not count on that.'

'We had to leave very early but the breakfast area looked good. This motel has no elevator! Could be a major problem for some folks. Only 2 floors but if you are on floor 2, it’s stairs all the way. Ice maker not working on floor 2. Would be considerate to notify guests before they get upstairs then have to return for ice. Very difficult to communicate with desk clerk who has heavy accent. No Wi-Fi? Not sure never found the password.'

'I was not satisfied. The rooms were not clean. Hair in the sink, fridge was not plugged in, coverletts on top of beds were dirty, bathtub was clogged, floors were dirty, shower head sprayed everywhere. '

'Kudos to the cleaning staff. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty bad coffee ran out there was no hot food 30 minutes before closing. very noisy inside the rooms. 3 of us only got a couple hours of sleep per day over 4 days. Multiple people I spoke with said the television didn’t work. My wife reset the router and got it to work. I’ve stayed here before with better results. Spend a little more money somewhere else to get a quality stay. I won’t be back again.'
