    The Space:

Professionally decorated with care and full of coastal charm, this single-level retreat blends comfort, style, and a relaxed island vibe for the perfect tropical getaway.



    Step inside to discover a bright and welcoming space featuring a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, ideal for unwinding after a day under the sun. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the elegant dining area invites quality time with family or friends. The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.



    Outside, your private oasis awaits. Lounge by the pool, take a refreshing dip, fire up the BBQ, or enjoy an evening drink under the stars. Surrounded by the calm and easygoing energy of Isabela, it’s the perfect spot to unplug and recharge.



    Whether you're here to surf the nearby waves, explore Isabela's scenic coastline, or simply relax poolside, Teikirizi is your stylish base in one of Puerto Rico’s most relaxed and charming beach towns.



    For your convenience, Teikirizi is equipped with a backup generator to keep you comfortable in case of a power outage.



    IMPORTANT NOTE:



    POOL MAINTENANCE: PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY WEDNESDAY BEFORE NOON, OUR POOL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT THE PROPERTY TO SERVICE THE POOL. HE WILL ONLY BE WORKING IN THE OUTDOOR AREA, AND THE VISIT IS USUALLY BRIEF. THIS HELPS US KEEP THE POOL CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED FOR YOUR STAY.



    LIVING AREAS



    Relax in the spacious living room, furnished with a cozy sofa and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. Right next to the living room, you’ll find a dining area with a table that comfortably seats six, making it the ideal space for enjoying meals together. The open layout fills the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting environment for your stay. Step outside to your private patio, with a furnished gazebo, BBQ and refreshing private pool.





    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



    Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation:



    - Master Bedroom: Queen bed

    - Second Bedroom: Queen bed

    - Third Bedroom: Full bed



    Teikirizi features two bathrooms, both located outside the bedrooms—one off the living area and the other in the hallway.



    PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





    KITCHEN



    The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. With modern appliances and plenty of counter space, it’s perfect for creating everything from quick snacks to full dinners. The kitchen island offers additional seating for 3, making it a great spot for casual meals or keeping the cook company. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, blender, oven, coffee maker, and coffee.



    There is also an AC unit in this area that will keep the kitchen and living room cool. Please make sure to close all doors/sliding doors when the AC is turned on.





    GETTING AROUND & PARKING



    This unit includes parking for three (3) vehicles. A rental car is recommended for exploring the area and nearby attractions as Ubers are not readily available in the area and depending on them is not recommended.



    Teikirizi's prime location makes it easy to access local restaurants, bars, and beaches, while secure parking ensures a hassle-free experience.





    LOCATION



    Teikirizi is nestled in the laid-back coastal town of Isabela, Puerto Rico, just minutes from the renowned Jobos Beach. This vibrant surf spot is beloved for its golden sands, turquoise waters, and relaxed island vibe. Whether you're into surfing, snorkeling, or simply soaking up the sun, Jobos offers a slice of paradise with its natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere. Explore nearby scenic bike paths, surfing at Jobos or Middles, snorkeling, and horseback riding. Families will love attractions like Las Cascadas Water Park and Gozalandia Waterfalls. After a day of adventures, enjoy vibrant dining and nightlife just minutes away.

    STARTER AMENITIES



    At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



    All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



    We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



    - 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

    - 3 garbage bags

    - 1 roll of paper towels

    - 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

    - 1 dish soap

    - 1 dish sponge



    Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



    Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





    HOUSE RULES



    RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



    NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



    NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



    QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



    UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



    OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



    TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



    TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



    SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





    CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



    Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



    If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



    If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



    Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





    TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



    We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



    Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

The property has a sewage/plumbing issue. There was water coming up through the tile on the floor in front of the toilet in the hallway bathroom. There was a foot and a half round puddle of water on the floor in front of the toilet when we checked in. Continuous flow of water the whole time we were there. The water is soaking into the wall which causes a mold issue. A sign above the toilet saying not to put female products or toilet paper in the toilet. That this could lead to me paying a plumber. NO! The issues were there when we check in! Plus, putting toilet paper in the trash can was stinky. No, extra bags to take the trash out. I brought this to Ruts attention, and he said that they would send someone over. NO one came. The pool was dirty with derbies when we came. No problem that's understandable with the trees around. Algee was starting to grow. The next morning the pool was a dark green like a swamp. This was my issue. If you're going to rent the house, then you need to put chlorine in it. So that the renters can use it. The house was advertised with a pool not a swamp.
