Dear Mrs Angelika,thank you for you review! We are sorry to read your complain. Your reservation was for the Pool Junior Suite with lake view of 34 mq. On the reservation you find the size of the room and if you want one there's our Floating Suite Spa. All our rooms are just renovated and the furnished is fresh, modern and really usefull an you can see also from the photos. All our rooms have TV so we don't understand your complain. The reception is always at complete disposal for the guests and if you need something, you can just call it! Regarding the heated, unfortunately, the law forbids us to turn it on until October 29, so it is not up to us like the desolate buildings he saw in the village... Surroundings are not part of the hotel's services and are not up to us.We are sorry to read your complain also regarding breakfast and dinner: Normally our food is one of the most appreciated points by our guests. On your confirmation of the reservation, there was no indication that the room had a balcony or lake view or living room.We offer different type of room with lake view, some with balcony and some with living room for example the Floating Suite Spa with lake view and two balconies and living room, the Superior room with lake view and balcony or the Deluxe room with lake view.These rooms are more quiet but the train, during the night, doesn't run and the rooms are all soundproofed.We hope to welcome you another time for living our hotel with a better opinion.best regards

About the mini whirpool, we check water values 3 times per day and we clean it every morning, before the opening, one time in the afternoon and the last time when we close it. If there are many people, we try to clean it more than 3 times. We will, however, inform the restaurant manager of your comment. we are planning to place an electric car charging station but the Covid situation has slowed down the installation. Regarding your complain about the breakfast, you have included it in the price of the room and it's a buffet continental breakfast that included: fresh fruit, fruit in syrup, 5 different type of bread, 4 type of jam, Nutella, Jogurt, 3 different types of Milk, 3 different types of Muesli, 6 types of cakes, 4 types of honey, 3/4 types of Juice, Bacon, scrambled eggs, wurstel, fresh and cooked vegetables (2 types), vegetables in oil (6 types), boiled eggs, puff pastry and savory pies, patè, different types of biscuit, 10 types of brioches, dried fruits, bon bons, chocolate, cold cuts and cheese (2/3 different types of each), Pinzimonio, different types of seeds,...
