The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming flat for rent in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Isigny-sur-Mer. It has a view of the port and a private entrance, with a surface area of 62 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a townhouse, it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room, facing south, with SMART TV, corner sofa, and dining area. In the corner by the stone wall, you will find a cosy reading nook where you can curl up in the large green armchair and enjoy the books provided by the owners.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machines (Senseo and Nespresso) etc.
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), storage space, and a work area (monitor on an arm with a laptop docking station and multi-connector hub)
- A bathroom (with shower) adjoining the bedroom
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: raclette machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board, DVD player, board games, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Isigny-sur-Mer, just 500 meters from the Isigny Sainte-Mère dairy, and close to the D-Day beaches, Pointe du Hoc, and the main D-Day memorial sites. You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, cafes, markets, and more.

- Carrefour market 250 metres away on foot + Intermarché Isigny 1 kilometre away on foot + markets 200 metres away on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
- Restaurants: La Gavotte crêperie and Caïeu d'Isigny in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
