'This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!! **Downfalls [we understand that somethings are out of anyones control so more of a FYI] -There was nothing "comfy" about the house. It is all cement: bed frame, entire bathroom so...

'Bathroom could of been a bit cleaner. The sofa bed had to be upgraded and the sofa wasn't as cleaned. Otherwise, i had a great time in the pools, music was great and food average. Palomino grill restaurant also had good food and pincho was a bit under cook.'

'This resort was unbelievable. The views, pools, water park, Palomino Island, staff, food, and drinks were excellent. There is something for every age group here and you dont even need to leave for anything. '

'Traveling with children, we had a wonderful experience. The pool was excellent and perfect for the family! We had a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded immediately and resolved the problem right away. Overall, communication with the host was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again!'
