The Space:

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second room has two queen beds, both with full bathroom. In the living room we have 2 sofas that can be used as individual mattresses, or between the two bedrooms there is an area with a sofa bed. You can also find a third full bathroom in the living room.



We have air conditioners in the rooms. In the living room, dining room and kitchen there is no air conditioning.

Guest Access:

Before your arrival:

✔ An online check-in form must be completed and official ID or passport for each guest must be provided prior to arrival.

✔ We recommend renting a golf cart or using local taxis to get around the island.

✔ The villa is located in a tropical area near the jungle — there may be occasional insects, despite regular fumigation.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in Isla Mujeres, it is an island and it is necessary to take a ferry from Cancun. There are schedules for the ferries, so we recommend you to be updated so that you can cross on time.



The villa is located in the southern part of the island, on the open sea side, and 90 meters from the beach! Although it is open sea, the sea is normally very calm.



There are constructions in the area so noise can be heard during the day

At the moment, one of the houses in the condominium is being remodeled, so construction noise can also be heard inside the condominium.



Getting Around:

To move around the island it is recommended to rent a golf cart, or to order taxis.

Important notice:



The swimming pool in the common areas will be closed for maintenance today, December 5, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; service will resume as normal tomorrow.



Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an additional fee. Please notify us in advance so we can schedule it.



You must complete the online check-in form and present government-issued identification before arrival.
