Casa Paraíso ... jouw ideale privé-eiland "thuis" ... Geen enkel detail werd gespaard met ons huis .. We zouden ook graag willen dat je ook van ons stukje paradijs geniet.

Perfect voor een gezin of een romantisch uitje. Ons huis is ideaal gelegen op het eiland om te genieten van de nabijheid van stranden, winkels, heerlijke restaurants en winkels.

Ons huis, Casa Paraíso, was te zien op HGTV Beachfront Bargain Hunt in augustus 2014 .. een groot compliment voor ons huis toen het werd benaderd door het netwerk .. Je kunt onze aflevering bekijken via de website van Remax Isla onder de sectie "video's" .. Ik had net een 100% volledige renovatie van het huis als ik werd benaderd .. ik hoop dat je geniet van de aflevering ...

Isla Mujeres - het eiland van de vrouw. en wederom gestemd in het beste tien beste strand van de wereld volgens Travel and Leisure Magazine en Trip Advisor ... Het hele jaar door helder, warm azuurblauw water. poeder zachte witte zandstranden. Zachte tropische winden. Adembenemende uitzichten. Oude Maya-ruïnes. Moderne gemakken en slechts een korte 18 minuten met de veerboot van Cancun - maar werelden uit elkaar. Ooit was het een slaperig vissersdorp, maar Isla Mujeres is door toeristen 'ontdekt', maar heeft nog steeds de charme en ontspannen houding van het stadje.

Glinsterende Caribische wateren, wuivende palmen en witte zandstranden. Waarom wachten? Ontsnap naar het paradijs in het prachtige Isla Mujeres - wat betekent dat je je nergens zorgen over hoeft te maken - behalve als je je herinnert dat je je zonnebrandcrème op hebt gedaan. Met adembenemend uitzicht op het strand binnen handbereik, breng je dagen door met het verkennen van alles wat het eiland te bieden heeft!

Of je nu kiest voor de nabijgelegen stranden, duikt, snorkelt of gewoon de hele dag verkoelt bij het zwembad - je voelt de stress gewoon wegsmelten. Ons tropisch paradijs heeft een privézwembad met een ligstoel in het zwembad .. direct tegenover het Caribisch gebied, spectaculair 360 ° uitzicht op het hele eiland vanaf het dak entertainment gebied. Ons huis wordt geleverd met alle comfort van thuis. We hebben een gratis internationale telefoonlijn die u kunt gebruiken tijdens uw verblijf en bieden een supersnel draadloos internet- en netwerkversterker om te zorgen dat we een sterk signaal hebben, waar u ook bent in huis ... dat werkt geweldig in ons hele huis .. Casa Paraiso is gelegen aan de prachtige Caribische Oceaan waar altijd een verfrissend zeebriesje waait .. We hebben zojuist renovaties voltooid die ook de totale constructie van het zwembad en ontwerp omvatten, palapa / tafel aan het zwembad, Palapa op het dak met ingebouwde tafel en sectionele bank, waar u de fascinerende en kleurrijke zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen kunt vangen die Isla biedt.

Er zijn plafondventilatoren in elke kamer van ons huis en split-airconditioning units in alle kamers ook - en ze werken erg snel bij het koelen van de kamers ook!

Begane grond: volledig ingerichte keuken, wasruimte, eethoek, 2 ruime en open woonruimtes en een half bad. U zult genieten van de 2 woonruimtes die prachtig zijn ingericht en gemeubileerd. met en oversized sectionele bank om te ontspannen terwijl u geniet van uw favoriete show of uw favoriet voetbalspel op de 70 "Ultra 4K gebogen tv met gebogen soundbar (ideaal om uw favoriete muziek afspeellijsten te spelen! Het klinkt geweldig en perfect beeld! We hebben ook Dish Satellite-programmering met Amerikaanse satellietkanalen.

Tweede verdieping: 2 grote Master-suites die prachtig zijn ingericht .. geen detail werd gespaard. TV's in beide slaapkamers. Beide slaapkamers hebben toegang tot het grote balkon rondom, op maat gemaakte kingsize bedden met luxe beddengoed. Elke kamer heeft een eigen complete badkamer met op maat gemaakt tegelwerk en op maat gemaakte houten kasten en grote inloopdouches en verlichte onyx gootstenen en hangende spiegels.

Prachtige houten trap leidt je van het 2e niveau terras / balkon naar het dakterras waar je heerlijk kunt zonnebaden, ideaal voor het ontvangen van familie en vrienden onder de palapa (rieten dak) met rode LED up-lighting..wat een prachtig effect 's nachts terwijl je de constante Caribische zeewind omarmt en geniet van een panoramisch uitzicht over het hele eiland.

Alle linnengoed, handdoeken, kook- en eetgerei zijn ingericht. Downtown ligt op slechts enkele minuten. Alle linnengoed, handdoeken, kook- en eetgerei zijn gemeubileerd ... u hoeft niets anders mee te nemen dan uw badpak, slippers en u kunt zich klaarmaken om 'Mañana-modus' te worden.

Extra voorzieningen: We zijn meer dan blij om privé transfers van en naar de luchthaven aan te bevelen met een Engels sprekende chauffeur. We kunnen uw voorraadkast en koelkast voorafgaand aan uw aankomst van tevoren voorzien, in-house masseuse, persoonlijke chef-kok, zwemmen met walvishaaien (juli - september), boeken van wereldklasse sportvissen op boten, compleet met professionele bemanning, enz. .als je erover nadenkt .. kunnen we het laten gebeuren! Gewoon vragen!

The house is beautiful and has everything you need! What you see in the pics is what you get. It was very spacious and offered plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some peace and quiet or have dinner with family or friends. The location is perfect, on the Caribbean side in the center of the island, with a quick golf cart ride to either end depending on what you want to do. We enjoyed the privacy and having our own space. Ashley and Todd were always quick to answer our questions and very easy to work with. They do provide all the information you need to get from the airport to the island which made our visit even better. We did take advantage of the grocery delivery option Ashley and Todd offered and Stacy the house manager had everything we asked for waiting when we arrived. But, there is a well stocked grocery store on the island so if you're feeling adventurous give it a try. We went for snacks and had no trouble! The area is safe, people are friendly and fun. There is a small cantina a short walk from the house that had good food and great drinks. And the view was wonderful! You won't be disappointed with your stay Casa Paraiso!

Absolutely perfect location with gorgeous sunrises, comfortable breeze and sunset from the rooftop. Complete privacy in the pool and even the roosters behind made for an unforgettable experience. A few quirky light switches and appliances, which can be expected, but would definitely stay again!

My best friend & I stayed here for 3 nights/4 days. It is in a good location & the views are absolutely beautiful! We had the property manager, Stacy, get our list of groceries so they were there on our arrival. It was wonderful having this service however, it would have been nice to communicate the items that were not gotten, so we could have picked them up on the way there. The house was basically clean, but definitely needs some TLC! The front gate does not latch/lock properly so a rock is used to hold it open/closed, numerous doors & windows locks, latches & seals are broken, leaking causing other issues. It stormed our first evening there & we lost power. There were no flashlights (thankfully I had brought one with me), we had only been there a couple hours before this so we had to hunt for a candle & finally found two. Water was leaking through the window in the front room, above the couch as well as windows on the staircase causing water to pool on the floor ( in the dark, with water on tile floor unknown to us, created a slip & fall problem, luckily no injuries occurred). The sliding door in the primary bedroom does not latch or lock so a wooden rod is used to prevent from opening. Hand soap & dish soap were provided as well as toilet paper & paper towels, bath, kitchen & pool towels were also provided. There is no body soap, shampoo or bar soap, so being your own. Basic cleaning was done, but needs a deep cleaning. Needs TLC!!

Excellent 5 days!

Great villa with a wonderful pool, view and roof top palapa for relaxing! The villa itself was lovely and cool! We spent most of our time by the pool if we were home. The street out front is a little noisy with golf cart traffic and motor bikes, but it gets quieter in the evening. It really didn’t bother us. The view and breeze takes over and you just forget about it!Ashley was an amazing host from start to finish! She was very responsive when booking and during our stay. She provided links for transportation to and from airport and ferry to the island and also for our golf cart rental. It was a seamless process from start to finish! I highly encourage you to use her links! We chose to have our groceries delivered to the villa before we arrived. Probably not a necessary thing if you have a golf cart, as the grocery store is only a 10 minute ride away. Definitely rent a golf cart! The villa is mid island, so having the cart made getting to the North beach (busy town with shops and white sand beach) and South part of the island quick, easy and FUN! Venture into the area mid island for great food and skip the crowds in North beach. We loved the south part of the island! Check out the Mayan Monkey Beach club for a great evening with dinner and drinks on the water! We would recommend this place to others!

Casa Paraíso is the kind of place you want to keep to yourself, this little gem you want to come back to! The house is even better in person, and the views are just breathtaking. Everything you need is there, the beds are super comfortable, the pool was our favorite part! Ashley was the sweetest always very reactive before/during our stay, you can feel her love for the island, and it is contagious! Hopefully we’ll be back at Casa Paraíso, we loved Isla Mujeres! Amazing House

My husband and I have been to Isla Mujeres for about 15 years. We’ve always stayed at the same place however that place is no longer available so this was our first trip to unknown territory. I chose this two bedroom home for the location and the beautiful views. I got so much more than that. The house is perfect. The rooftop patio area is where we spent most of our days. You cannot beat the view. The house has everything that you would need to have a great stay. The host and manager were super sweet even when we locked ourselves out of the house while we were on the roof. I was very thankful I had brought my phone. I would highly recommend staying at this house with so many restaurants close by.

Best VRBO experience ever,

This was the absolute best experience we've had in more than 10 VRBO stays. The owners are incredibly communicative and helpful. And they are nice! There is a property manager who answered our questions almost instantly. With all their advice and help, getting from Cancun airport to the house was easy and well organized. Take the advice on airport transfer, taxi ride, and going cart rental! With the golf cart, we could easily get anywhere on the island. The house was immaculate. We enjoyed the pool, but spent most of our days at various beaches around the island. It was the most wonderful week! Thank you so much for everything!

Great place to relax and explore

The house is lovely -- very clean, comfy beds, plenty of hot water, AC. Rooftop deck was great place for reading or enjoying the ocean view. You just cross the road to get to the walking path overlooking the ocean. More than anything we loved exploring the neighborhood -- eating at small restaurants owned and operated by locals; buying pastries from the local bakeries; looking at murals and colorful houses. We rented a golf cart for three days then flagged down cabs for the rest of our stay -- never took more than five minutes to get a cab; price was a bit random but much cheaper than the cost of renting a golf cart! Watching the moon rise over the ocean is really spectacular and we were there to see the red moon which was quite special.

The house was in a great location you could go North or South easily! House was clean and very nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Ashley was very easy to deal with and sent all information that was needed before the trip.

Amazing view!

Very nice property. Living room furniture could be a bit more comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the house. Views from house are amazing! First time staying on the island and will return. Would definitely rent this property again

Our stay at Casa Paraiso was PERFECT! From booking it to checking out. Ashley took the time to call me after she received an email from me asking her some general questions. Very good communication throughout the weeks leading up to our stay. The location is absolutely one of the best spots on the island. Convenient to both North Beach and Ounta Sur. You can watch the sunrise from the rooftop or from laying in bed! And the beds! So comfortable! Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, complete with a hairdryer (which was a huge plus to me!) we were met at the house upon our arrival, and given the key and a few instructions. There is a washer and dryer in the half bath off the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with kitchen essentials. We opted to eat out most meals but did buy some snacks and liquor to have in the evening while hangin out up on the roof. Th pool is the perfect little spot to get a little sun and to cool off, and enjoy the view of the ocean while doing so! And plenty of beach towels are provided so you don’t need to pack those either! The bedrooms have ample closet space, with plenty of hangers! The balcony out the two bedroom doors makes for a great spot to do morning yoga or to just soak up the gorgeous view! There is. Walking path right across the street! The binder in the home is FULL of suggestions on places to go and things to do! 5 star stay! We will be back!

Fantastic in every way!

Casa Paraiso is a perfectly appointed house with all the modern conveniences (towels, washer and dryer, full kitchen) and of course a lovely pool in a fantastic location. We’re frequent travelers to Isla and wanted a space away from the pace of the North Beach area that was not quite as “far” as the South. We love La Gloria (the area the house is in) and had seen the house numerous times when we’ve been on the island. So glad we stayed here. It’s close to everything we love in La Gloria and easy to get to everything else. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance and it’s only a short drive or walk to either side of the island. The house manager (Stacy) was super responsive and housekeeper (Monica) was also fantastic. Easy check in and out, water delivery, regular pool cleaning, everything. The house was everything we wanted—clean, comfortable, and had all the modern features. The furniture throughout was comfortable and sturdy. One more thing, and maybe the most important. Ashley (the owner) is fantastic to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and in fact we’ve booked our next trip already.

Loved it!

This was our 2nd time to Isla Mujeres - the first time at Casa Paraiso - we would definitely stay there again. It was easy to get to the rest of the island - we went downtown and to Playa Norte. We were able to walk to breakfast about 1/2 a mile to a coffee shop which served breakfast. Everything was perfect in the in the house.
