Nautibeach Penthouse met een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan

HET NAUTIBEACH PENTHOUSE heeft de mooiste uitzichten op Isla Mujeres, zo niet ergens in het Caribisch gebied. En ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van een van Mexico's meest beroemde stranden 'Playa Norte' met zijn unieke witte mergel zand en spectaculair heldere Caribische wateren.

(Als je de datums niet ziet die je nodig hebt voor je vakantie in deze condo-kalender, bekijk dan de andere vier Nautibeach-condos die ik heb. Drie Deluxe gelijkvloerse appartementen en een 'seaview'-appartement op de tweede verdieping.

Het is gemakkelijk om hier te komen. De meeste luchtvaartmaatschappijen bieden service aan Cancun, op slechts een korte afstand van Isla Mujeres via een luxe catamaran met hoge snelheid, die elk half uur een lijndienst heeft.

Dit luxe appartement ligt op de noordwestpunt van het eiland en zorgt voor onvergetelijke zonsondergangen tijdens een diner in de Sunset Grill. Het is zo'n romantische setting dat koppels van over de hele wereld komen om hun huwelijksgeloften hier te vieren. En terwijl de azuurblauwe oceaan lonkt voor snorkelen of casual zwemmen, is het Nautibeach-zwembad met swim-up bar de keuze voor velen.

Onze gasten zoeken misschien een 'muy tranquilo'-vakantie voor romantische stelletjes. Of een veilige gezinsvriendelijke omgeving. Of ze genieten van winkelen in schilderachtige Mexicaanse markten. Of gewoon gedachteloos ronddwalen door de vrolijke veelkleurige stad in hun flipflops. Voor al deze, Isla Mujeres is waar uw vakantiedromen uitkomen.

Het appartement met zijn 'Mexican Beach Decor' interieur heeft twee slaapkamers. Een met twee eenpersoonsbedden en de andere met een kingsize bed naast de patio via glazen schuifdeuren

De stad Isla Mujeres is een korte twee minuten lopen door een zandstraat. Slenterend door een onvergetelijk contrast in architectuur en het gebruik van kleur, vindt u meer dan twintig restaurants in cafe-stijl met alle culinaire overtuigingskracht.

Er zijn verschillende lokale supermarkten nog een paar stappen verderop in de straat voor degenen die willen koken voor zichzelf. Evenals golfkarverhuur, bromfietsverhuur, fietsverhuur, verhuur van surfplanken en nog veel meer. Je kunt je duikbrevet behalen terwijl je hier bent of de bus nemen naar de Maya-ruïnes in het binnenland van de Yucatan.

Of gewoon gewoon ontspannen op de patio van uw appartement en geniet van de opmerkelijke meevaller die u naar deze prachtige plek bracht.

Het 'Nautibeach Penthouse' is individueel eigendom van en wordt beheerd. En maakt geen deel uit van een verhuur zwembad.

Absolute Gem

Nauti beach was a great family trip. 12 people is hard to accommodate but we managed to book early and snag some beautiful properties. 32,10,7. Our trip was easy and the staff is great, very polite, very very helpful and considerate. Some of the finest people you’ll meet. The beach was amazing, water was crystal clear and the sand was like sugar powder under our feet. Special thanks to Javier the gate security, always helpful and accommodating. We absolutely loved Keith’s property! The unit itself was clean and as advertised. Within walking distance to so many restaurants and beach clubs. Located just steps from playa Norte it was an unbeatable location. The staff here was also great. The daily guard and the guard shack became one of our favorite staff members. When we come back we will definitely book this rental again!

Views and pristine beach

The home was very comfortable for 2 couples. Nicely stocked kitchen, but we only made coffee. Very large corner patio with great views and comfortable furniture. Living room and kitchen furniture were also comfy. We had coffee on balcony each morning and played games around the coffee table at night. Patio/balcony were great on the days we had some rain. Nautibeach itself is awesome, this is our 5th stay, first with Keith. Would recommend for anyone- couple or group,

Family had a great time!

Stayed with my family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids 8-15), and everyone had a great time. Bathrooms were recently remodeled. Place was clean, photos were accurate. We had a very easy time with check-in and out. The property manager gave us his number and was quick to respond when we had a question. The staff at Nautibeach were very nice. Housekeeping came every other day. The private balcony was very nice! We loved eating lunch or breakfast outside. Food at Mayan Beach Club was good. The location of this place was amazing! We can't wait to rebook.

excellent Penthouse

Great location on the beach with a lot of amenities! This penthouse unit is part of a condominium complex that has a pool, a pool bar, a fantastic restaurant and a beach with lounge chair service. At night the restaurant hangs lights over the sand and bring out tables with white table cloths. It's so romantic and refreshing. It's everything you'd want for a beach vacation in Mexico. The Penthouse is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator/lift to help carry your 50 pounds bags upstairs, but I'm sure if you tipped someone you could find help pretty easily. This penthouse has a ceiling fan & air-conditioner in each bedroom & the living room, they all worked really well thank goodness! We were there in June and it was really hot. What a nice relief to walk into cool air-conditioning. Also adjacent to the restaurant is a massage palapa hut with excellent massages, $42 for 70 minutes. Both bathrooms seemed recently renovated & look very modern & clean. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a small sink, dishes, pans, a 2 burner stove-top and a full size purified water bottle which sets on the counter (free). It is advised not to drink the tap water so the owner supplies the water, nice touch! It also has a wrap around outside patio with beautiful ocean views, a table with 4 chairs, lounge chairs, couch... plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors from your unit. Overall, we had a great stay. If we ever come back we will be sure to book this unit again!

It was a nice hotel, the balcony was the best part of the whole experience. The kitchen was smaller than expected. The living room was smaller than expected. The rooms looked different than pictured when we booked. The office to get anything to our room was not associated with Nauti Beach so it was difficult to get anything we ran out of. The 2nd bedroom and guest bathroom were extremely small. They do not provide shampoo. Overall it was just ok. Totally would not sleep 6 in our opinion. The housekeeping was great. The view was beautiful. You are located by a coded gate, which you aren’t provided so the parking lot guy has to let you in if you don’t want to walk all the way around the hotel.

The condo was great. Very spacious and a beyond wonderful deck. It was a very beautiful condo and a nice location. The pool and dedicated beach chairs were amazing. It was fabulous to have the Mayan Beach restaurant on site. The food was plentiful and delish. The condo was visited by the maids every two days. The condo was very clean. Overall highly recommended.

Nice North Beach Condo

Good location on North Beach. The back alley leading to the Nautibeach complex is sketchy, but once on property, everything is fine. The condo is nice with a great porch. The beach and pool area is great as well. Staff/service at Nautibeach is just ok. Check in was fine, but when asking to get the porch cleaned up and looking for shampoo, they were not very helpful. One thing to note is that there are three flights of stairs to reach the condo. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you are not great with climbing, it may be an issue. All in all, we were happy with the condo for the price.

Perfect Beach Get Away

Perfect location, active during the day and very quiet at night. In the heart of North Beach. Literally 100 plus shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and food carts within walking distance. Condo is a penthouse- so there are stairs!! The kitchenette is fine for breakfast, light snacks and making drinks. The property was extremely clean and seemed new- We would come back here in a heartbeat and probably will.... One of the most laidback trips and the most beautiful pristine beaches- white sand and light blue water,,,,,,

The property was very nice, and the pool and beach were also wonderful. We had one of the penthouses. The master bedroom and bathroom were very hot compared to the rest of the place. The master bath really needs a fan or a dehumidifier to circulate all the wet air. It is in need of an update. The ocean view was very limited. We had to call the owner for more towels. The maids never checked on us without a call to the owner.

TO MANY GOLF CARTS, MOTORCYCLES AND PEOPLE

IT WAS LIKE ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY THEY DIDNT WANT TO ASSIST YOU. IT WAS A LADY WHO OWNED A TRAVEL CENTER, CART RENTAL. COULDNT GET ANY KIND OF RAPID SERVICE. ASKED ABOUT BOTTLED WATER FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE GETTING IT. FREEZER WORKED GOOD REFIGRATOR NOT NSO MUCH. SPLIT UNIT AIR IN MASTER BEDROOM WAS ALMOST NON EXISINTANCE. LOOKS LIKE ON THE DAY WE WERE LEAVING PEOPLE ON THE ROOF LOOKING AT THE UNIT.. WILL NEVER TRY ISLA AGAIN.

Nice Get a way - Family Enjoyed it.

Property was as listed and very nice. Location was good and had private parking for carts. Security was good. Had to deal with frequent power losses all weekend with almost and entire night with out power (out for around 12 hours and came back on at 4 in the morning). Not necessarily the property manager issue but did take away from the convenience expected. Biggest issue with our stay was the check in. I had the property reservation number and property ID for check in on my phone. I had to go to 3 different locations (at direction of the office personnel) toting luggage only to be told to go back to first office. The name on the reservation was incorrect but that should not have been an issue with me having the reservation number and property. Any of that info should have been sufficient. Kept asking me for info I didnt have like Room # which there was no way for me to have until I checked in. If I would have filled this out the day of arrival I would have given a 1 star. Also had pre reservations for Golf cart through same property manager that was rented out due to not being checked in on time (which was what I was told the reason but we were there for check in by 3 even after the journey). We were given whatever was left over (not in good shape) and told to come back the next day to get the one we originally reserved. Access to pool and beach was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Now that I know where I am going and how it works I would go again.

Wonderful location, wonderful property

This condo is excellent. The bedrooms are large with dressers and closet space available. Both bathrooms were well appointed, and the master bath has windows out to the water. The kitchen and living area had everything we needed. The outdoor patio is spacious with multiple options for seating. The beach view is only partial, but sitting out there was very relaxing. Nautibeach is a great complex in an excellent location. The pool and bar sit right on the beach, there is 24-hour security, it's a quick golf cart drive or walk to all the food and shopping in the area. The owner was easy to work with when we needed changes to our reservation. I would highly recommend renting from Keith Turner.

The location was great - right off Playa de Norte. The unit is not beachfront - there is a building in front of it- but there is a water view to the left. It is a 3rd floor walk-up. The unit is smaller than it looked in pictures and everything is a bit tired looking. Water pressure was not great. Wi-Fi was good. Hall bathroom is weird with glass sliding door and shower curtain. Ceiling fans are noisy. A/C is fine but it was not super hot when we were there. Overall, it was ok.
