For safety and security, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera that records audio and video at the entryway.
There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.

🆔 Identity Verification Required
We use Truvi for guest verification. You must complete a quick identity check by uploading a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) after booking.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or in the pool area.

👤 Primary Renter Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, must be staying at the property, and is responsible for all guests and visitors during the stay.
