Mooie Mexicaanse stijl 4 slaapkamers Casa. Gelegen in Isla Mujeres Punta Sur, biedt een geweldig uitzicht op de zonsopgang en zonsondergang!

De Casa biedt 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers voor maximaal 8 personen. De kamers beneden hebben een aansluitende badkamer die beide kamers met elkaar verbindt. Een kamer heeft een queensize bed, kast met kluis; de andere kamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een deur die aansluit op de patio op de begane grond.
Het huis biedt een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alles wat u nodig heeft om u zich thuis te laten voelen, alle apparatuur, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, enz.! De woonkamer heeft kabel-tv en een eetruimte die plaats biedt aan maximaal 6 personen.
Op het tweede niveau van het huis vindt u de 2 grote slaapkamers, elk biedt een complete badkamer, kast en uitzicht op de oceaan balkons met stoelen. Een van de kamers heeft een onafhankelijke toegang vanaf de zijkant van het huis voor het geval u de gasten op de benedenverdieping niet wilt storen wanneer u 's avonds laat terugkomt.

Er zijn grote tuinen aan de voor- en achterkant van het huis, er is parkeergelegenheid aan de voorkant van het huis die wordt beveiligd door de toegangspoort. De patio aan de achterkant biedt een groot zwembad met een paar ligbedden en een schaduwrijke Palapa-ruimte met een bar en een tafel en stoelen voor een lekkere maaltijd buiten. Er is ook een complete badkamer buiten in de Palapa.

Op loopafstand van het South Point. 25 minuten rijden in een golfkar naar het centrum of 10 minuten in een taxi. 15 minuten in een golfkar naar de supermarkt of 7 in een taxi.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Casa del Sol. The house has a special charm to it. The pool was warm and clean and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We arrived on March 7th and stayed until March 23rd. This house was perfect for our friends that joined us. First week we had 8 people and second week we had 6 people all adults over the age of 40. We enjoyed the pool, palapa, grill, kitchen to make most meals at home. The comfort of the livingroom. We all sat in the common area in the morning ahd enjoyed our coffee before starting our day. We had 3 golf carts parked comfortably in front. The beds were comforable and clean. The bathrooms sre clean. The management company was very respinsive when needing more water. I would definitely recommend this house.

It was the perfect week long vacation for our group of 8 friends/ partners! The layout made it easy for us to enjoy privacy and also be together. Hanging out by the pool when we felt lazy was amazing. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We could cook at home when we felt like it, and go out when we didn’t. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurant/ waterfronts and went to the north end lesser than we expected! Overall, 10 out of 10!

This house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the spaciousness of it! The air conditioner in the kitchen went out and they were very quick to fix it and had it fixed and running by the next morning. Communiction was excellent and we had such a great time! Thanks for hosting and we would definitely stay again!

I would say communication was great they set up our shuttle to and from the airport and had our golf carts at the property upon our arrival. When we arrived to the property the concierge was there waiting and went through the house with us. The first night we were tired we got in around 9pm ish and we had traveled starting at 3am lol the next day I noticed things to not be the cleanest, the fans in the rooms had alot a lot of dust build up on them, the lamp covers are very stained, the sliding doors in each room upstairs don’t lock. There were ants in the kitchen like 10000s near the kitchen window onto the counter and since we didn’t see them at first they infested anything we had left on the counters so that was a bummer. The showers do not hold much warm water at all and the pool was freezing so it wasn’t used. These things are not HUGE things to make it so our trip was ruined by any means the house is a nice size the bedrooms are also great sizes. I just think they need to put a little more effort into cleaning to me it seemed like it’s just wiped down and then the next family comes. I kept finding rat poo in the kitchen and in our bathroom ie we are from Mexico so we get it but not everyone coming would be a custom to that other then that this house was great the management was also great and very responsive! We really enjoyed our time thank you so much for hosting us!!! We made a lot of memeories!!

The house was amazing! Very spacious, lots of lounging areas. My family spent alot of our down time at Casa del Sol, whether theyni were hanging out in their rooms, relaxing in the pool or watching tv, it suited us just perfectly! The views from every room were amazing!

Let me just start by saying after the first couple days we absolutely enjoyed our stay, would we stay again? Yes, now knowing what we were going into. To start the photos in the listing are at least a few years old, the house is not yellow, it's all the brown color and all the green vines are gone so the front looks much different. The property management team that met us was lovely and the owners we ended up dealing with were magnificent. The a/c worked amazingly in every room, the kitchen was stocked well and a great size and the pool was incredible. However, the cleaning team is incredibly lacking and the house needed a few things fixed. The security gates were off and thrown in the yard, which the owners had done as soon as they were aware, the one suit upstairs, couldn't open the sliding doors because they would fall off, the other suit didn't have anywhere to unpack your things, all the bedding consisted of was a sheet and an empty duvet cover no extra blankets and no part of the kitchenette in the one suit worked but the fridge, which was fine. The BBQ was a little hibatchi style and was full of water and totally ruined, there are several chipped and loose tiles on the main stairs and I don't recommend using the washer. On the plus side every room had lots of towels for pool and shower, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the shower had pretty decent pressure, it's definitely not a new house but it is large with lots of space and on a gorgeous part of the island.

Not only did we enjoy this home but we found ourselves thinking how great this home could be for 3 couples or such. There is a living space in the middle, 3 seperate spaces.. one includes twins matched with a king sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The pool was great. The check in included a personal tour and walk thru. Overall, we had a geat time in Isla and this place was awesome.

House was very comfortable with lots of space and a nice pool and yard. The rooms are separated which is great for privacy but something to consider with little kids. The house location is great with restaurants and beaches near by and not mich of a trip to get to the much more busy North part of the island. Overall a very nice place and I would recommend.

This is by far one of my favorite stays ever. I love isla and coming to Mexico every year, this time I came with friends. This Vrbo was beautiful and perfect, with plenty of rooms and privacy for my friends. We each had our own rooms and a common area for when we would get together for drinking, grilling and hanging out. The pool was great to have, the views on the rooftop for sunrises and sunsets were beautiful, we loved having the washing machine, and help was always available. The location is on the south end, which was perfect for us, the views are incredible, and there are so many great restaurants and bars around us, many within walking distance.
