'The property was good!! BUT the A/C did not work, we called it in since the first day, but they didnt have maintanence in bcs it was a holyday,the second day maintanance went there to repair it, but it never worked, they said they could bring us one, but then said, they didnt gave any left to lend us. IT was very hot, and we couldt have ac in the main area of the apartment.. and it never worked meanwhile we were ... In addition the first day we didnt have hot water to the showers, they...

'No bedroom windows, ensuite bathroom poorly updated, very little water pressure in shower. Guests had difficulty sleeping due to dogs barking and neighborhood noise. We had no access to washing machine because door was locked. Outside area was nice and well kept but location was not great. Visiting Canadians were friendly and very helpful. We would not recommend this condo.'

'Rick’s condo was perfect for our family. Three bathrooms was welcomed!! The Boca Beach area is so amazing I want to keep it a secret!! We will visit again for sure.'
