'Everything was pretty easy, check in/out, etc. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Puerto Peñasco and this was easily top 5. The house is nicely put together - didn’t feel we were missing anything. The rooftop patio was really nice. Access to the Mayan Palace was great. Property manager was super responsive. We were there with another adult couple, however the house is setup for families and could easily accommodate more. You are only about a 25ish min drive from town. The Mayan is a 5 min drive...

'Very private very nice and quiet '

'We had an amazing time with family. The property is about 20 to 30 minutes south of town so not a far drive, which you will have to do if you dont bring food. It is a very private resort with a private beach. You will also have a "pass" or access to the grand mayan resort which is about a 10 min drive where they have a lazy river and restaurants (i dont recommend restaurants there however lol food was bad). We ended up buying groceries at walmart and grilling by the pools. Which i found out the...

'This place was so first class lovely and the staff was amazing. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. They give you a pass to go to the Mayan Palace, which is only 2 miles away (check in with the guard - the road isn't closed, you just have to give your name and let them know where you're going). The Mayan has several places to eat and amazing pools. '

'Everything was wonderful. I did feel the water situation was not the best. We lost electricity a few times, but, it was still the best property for our family. We had the best time and the few blips were insignificant. Ricky, the property manager was amazing and was there anytime there was even the slightest issue. It’s wonderful to have a house literally on the beach. Check in and check out were a breeeze'

'This far exceeded our expectations. The rooftop patio has a phenomenal view of the Sea of Cortez, as well as great sky views. Desert thunderstorms are an unexpected happening, but the vantage point made the time more vivid. This is a very cozy spot that accommodated the three of us comfortably'
