'I was very pleased with Blu Galapagos. The rooms were very clean, great view, very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to not use the tour company in the hotel. I booked a tour after being very specific in what I wanted to see. I was assured it was possible but once I arrived the tour guide explained there was not enough time within my limited time to see what I came for. Very disappointed. Was not offered any refund or other compensation. The tour was not inexpensive and feel I was...

'Lovely hotel and grounds very close to harborfront. My private room was very large, a/c and hot water worked well. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order, plus fruit,bread,juice, and coffee. The staff were very friendly, and arranged for a taxi up to Baltra for me. I will miss Lava,the playful and cute hotel doggie!'
