'The place is absolutely divine, love the location, serenity and local floral and fauna, but the unit had some really issues. Before I get into those, I asked for early check in weeks in advance because our flight was arriving at 8:30 in the morning. Caught a bus here and when we arrived, they said no early check in, no place to hang out for a few hours, and to come back at 4:00. 'This property is in a guard gated property and check in was seemless. We were given the keys and the place was in great condition and the view was nice. Some of the bad things the door gets a little stuck on the floor when opening and the key lock you have to make sure you pull it tight in order to lock it. In the master bedroom one of the blinds to block out the sun does not work. You can bring it down but it does not go up. And the traffic you can hear it first thing in the morning so everyday...

'Property was better than expected. I have stayed in Los Suenos and other Costa Rican rentals in the past and this one was the best. I rented the home for me and my friends to finish off the week after my son's wedding. Surprisingly he and his new wife and some of their wedding party joined us as well. The home easily accommodated all 17 of us, and provided enough space for private time if anyone wanted it.'
