'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Old Marina Inn during our Big Sur and Monterey trip. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a very spacious room with three queen beds, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The property was very quiet and peaceful, allowing us to relax after long days exploring the beautiful Monterey coast and Big Sur. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional hospitality from the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk was incredibly...

'I've never written a hotel review but felt this one was necessary. First, when we arrived at check-in no one was at the front desk and we waited with another guest for 10 minutes. That alone was not that big of a deal to warrant writing the review though. When we were packing up to leave after staying for 2 nights with the AC running we noticed that inside the vents of the AC unit where entirely coated in mold. Not a good feeling knowing that my family was breathing that in for 2 nights!'

'2 nachten verbleven, rustige kamer met alle basis benodigdheden in goede staat. De onmiddellijke omgeving spreekt niet direct aan, nabijheid autosnelweg en te ver om te voet naar het centrum te stappen. Perfect centraal gelegen om je snel te verplaatsen naar omliggende toeristische lokaties, monterey, santa cruz, etc. Veel betere prijs dan gelijkwaardige hotels aan de kust.'

'Clean and new room. Had towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Love their scent! Everything was great. The only loud noise that woke us up was the sound of ambulance or police sirens that passed by. The AC makes a bit of a noise but it was like a white noise machine which actually helped drown the noise outside since we're near a main road.'

'Good location right at the dunes. Close to Monterey. Property is actually better than it looks from the outside. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was basic, good enough to get you started but some more options would have been nice. Friendly staff.'
