'Allereerst bij inchecken, 17.15 uur, werd ons vertelt dat wij veel te laat waren( volgens reservering-gegevens inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur). Wij hebben 2 nachten overnacht in Cedar Cove, onze kamer is echter nooit schoongemaakt en verder werd het dak vernieuwd, heel veel lawaai dus en ook overal rommel van het vernieuwen van het dak op de veranda. Was onmogelijk om hier te zitten. Ontbijt was niet inclusief, bij navraag aan de balie naar een aanbeveling voor het ontbijt, werd niet gereageerd,...

'The manager at check-in was extremely rude. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room that had one king. There was trash around the pool and we couldn’t check in until 4pm even though I asked for early check in three times before arrival.'

'The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.'

'considering the prices and the overall renovated room, its okay not great. reception can be better with info and or willingness ! room was okay ( bathroom had spots on the ceiling) and sofa in the living room too old/ no boiler for some hot water. location is good but service can be improved on many departments. '

'Nice staff, however, they should allow an early check in if the room is ready. We were traveling for 3 hours and wanted to accommodate and go to the beach. They only let us in at 3. They only let us park the car. The house keeper was very helpful and nice.'

'We stayed in a room over looking the dumpster, both the bathroom and room ceiling had pealing paint due to damp! The air conditioning sounded like a wind tunnel constantly noisy!!! I made reception aware and advised the lady at check out but she simply wrote a note but didn’t even acknowledge what I had said! I was charged $30 a day as a ‘Resort’ apparently for self parking, WIFI and the pool? Really??? I will not be back!!!!!'

'This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.'
