'Overall this is a fine, normal Hampton Inn and we had a good stay. We were upgraded to a better room with spa tub, which was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. Few little annoying housekeeping glitches- no available cups or glasses in the bathroom or with the coffeemaker- we had to pick up a couple in the breakfast area ourselves. It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed.'

'The room was fine. Primarily rented the room for use of the pool that was advertised open. The pool area lights were turned off and when turned on, many bulbs were out-the pool water was super cold and we asked the staff to turn on the heater-there was no heat on in the pool area either. Staff said that the heater needed 2 days to heat the pool, and stated he could not turn it on without his managers approval, and she was in Florida. 'Its a great room. My only issue is the bathroom floor is a little slippery but i brought a bath mat from dollar tree. I usually do as so many hotel bathrooms have a slippery floor Very nice manager. I like this place'
