Situated on 1.6 acres of wooded privacy on Bill’s Island in Island Park Reservoir, Isle Haven is a brand-new 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom mountain home designed for relaxation, adventure, and family fun. Accessible by car via a causeway, this private retreat offers everything you need for the perfect getaway. In winter, 4-wheel drive is recommended to experience the island’s winter wonderland.



Play pickleball or cornhole on our private court, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. The spacious great room with a gas fireplace is perfect for family time, and the fully stocked kitchen, complete with two dishwashers and a Blackstone Grill, makes meal prep a breeze.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. You`ll find high-quality appliances and plenty of extras, including a Crockpot, KitchenAid mixer, waffle irons, and a pancake griddle for easy meal prep. For coffee lovers, we provide both a drip coffee maker and a French press to start your mornings right. Whether you`re cooking a family dinner or fueling up before a day on the slopes, this kitchen has you covered!



The first floor is ADA-compliant with 2 accessible bedrooms and bathrooms, including a roll-in shower. Two tankless water heaters and air conditioning ensure comfort throughout the house.



Upstairs, you`ll find hours of fun with a ping pong table, a giant chess board for epic games, and a cozy theater room featuring an Xbox—perfect for movie nights or gaming sessions in style. Kids will love the custom bunk room with 8 twin beds, while the attic nook provides a private escape. The master suite features a king bed, private balcony, and a spa-like ensuite with a soaker tub.

This Cabin offers several ADA-compliant features to ensure accessibility and comfort for all guests. The entrance provides step-free access, allowing easy mobility into the home. Inside, doorways are wider than 32 inches (81 cm), accommodating wheelchairs and other mobility devices. The bathroom is equipped with a step-free shower and a fixed grab bar, enhancing safety and convenience. Additionally, a shower chair is available for guests requiring seated bathing options.
