'We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! Highly recommend!'

'The place was in a great location—easy to get around the city and felt very safe, even in the evenings. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive when needed. The space itself was clean and as described. Overall, a solid stay for a short trip to Belfast.'

'Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs...

'This great flat is in a modern block right in the heart of the Queens district (University area). Very near the botanic gardens and the Ulster Museum, as well as a fantastic range of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Buses into the city centre are just on the main road outside. 'A great place to stay just outside the city centre. 25 min walk into Belfast and feels safe. Near to the Botanical Gardens and Ulster Museum. Accomodation was clean and comfortable - great having a seating / dining area separate to the bedroom as we visited with friends and could have drinks together. 'We had a great time at the stable! The property was beautiful, clean and close to Belfast. Robena was an amazing and thoughtful hostess. She also communicated well throughout the process-from initial booking, to a week before and then about the check in process. She made us homemade goodies and left other treats for us, something we appreciated as we had not had dinner yet when we checked in! 'This property is well appointed with almost everything you might need. The host is well organized which makes moving in and out easy. Wine, coffee, and chips are a welcome plus. The car park allowed us to leave our rental car and take the bus to the city centre. All in all it was a great stay.'
