'My wife and I rented the villa for 6 nights. The main draw was having the boat available and even though we didn't need all the bedrooms, the price with the boat was still a great deal! The villa is in great shape and was getting some new kitchen appliances while we were there. The boat allowed us to explore Exuma and the surrounding cays that we hadn't had a chance to do in past visits. I would highly recommend you consider this property if you are planning a trip to Exuma.'

'Incredible home with an abundance of beds for large groups. Bill was very responsive, as was his on island house manager. Kitchen, living, and patio are very spacious to hosts nights in. The location is very central and walking distance to grocery store.'

'Baby Ruth was very welcoming, no problem to come before check in and also leaving after check out time was no problem! I wanted to take a bath but the stop didn’t work, maintenance already left, so she made a creative solution so i could that the bath anyways!! Live music in the evening in the restaurant was also fantastic.'
