Deze particuliere 1ste verdieping "condo-met-een-beetje-uitzicht" heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en is geschikt voor 4 in bedden, 3 in twee extra slaapbanken in de woonkamer. Er is een royale hoeveelheid natuurlijk licht in deze flat waardoor het een helder vrolijk gevoel geeft. Met een badkamer die aan elke slaapkamer is bevestigd, is er veel privacy. Een van de slaapkamers heeft een extra buiteningang. Trek 's nachts de slaapbanken uit voor extra gasten.

Loop een blok naar de toegang tot het strand (wat je hier kunt zien) of geniet van de zon, het plezier en de strandbries op je eigen veranda. Het zwembad ligt ook op slechts een steenworp afstand van de deur. Het is een zeer korte wandeling van onze deur naar alle restaurants en het nachtleven op het eiland, maar als u liever zelf kookt, biedt de volledige keuken alle benodigdheden - fornuis / oven, grote koelkast, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, en blender, samen met een volledige aanvulling van gerechten en kookgerei. Hier in ons complex zijn er verschillende, door het jaar heen ingezette bewoners die erg trots zijn op de verfraaiing van het complex. In de buurt van dit apparaat zijn prachtige kleine tuinen met veel kleur. Er is gratis wifi en gratis parkeergelegenheid op het terrein, wasserette met munten en een klein zwembad voor gebruik door onze eigenaren en gasten.

July 4th week

We had a very nice stay at IOP the week of July 3-10. Check-in was a breeze and we found the condo clean and spacious. We had a 3 yr old with us so we rented a crib from BabyAway. Unfortunately he learned how to climb out of the crib the very first night lol. We love this condo and will most likely return, but we do have one request. If possible, we’d like to have and extra lock on the front door (up high ideally), as our little escape artist found it very easy to open the front door with the lever handle. Thanks for a great week!

Girls Getaway

Beach Breeze #106 on the Isle of Palms was a perfect getaway for our girl getaway. The location was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Beach Breeze #106 was clean, decorated in a coastal vibe and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Pet Friendly & Perfect!

This cute condo is just a short walk from the beach and everything that IOP has to offer! We were specifically looking for an affordable, pet-friendly option for this trip and this one was perfect. Beth, the property manager, was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made the entire process easy and simple. Our dogs loved staying there with us and there was ample places to take them for walks or potty breaks. They keep a very nice grassy area for pets to go just outside the condo door. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Be sure to get breakfast and/or lunch at the Sea Biscuit Cafe which is only a short walk away.

Great Dog Friendly Location

My aunt, mother, and myself had a wonderful stay here. Clean and convenient to all the best the Isle has to offer. Very thankful for a place that allows my emotional support dog Daisy to travel with me. Beth even left treats for her, which was an adorable touch. This was our second stay at this location and we will be back in the future for sure.

Adorable little condo

This was a clean and charming home away from home, with a well-appointed kitchen and nice linens. One bed was in need of a new mattress - very uncomfortable to sleep on - and ceilings are low so watch your head around ceiling fans if you are tall!

Perfectly Located Beach Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful week at the Ocean Inn, #106. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the ocean, restaurants, grocery store and Ben and Jerry's. Our three children enjoyed the pool daily (often had it to ourselves!) and our French Bulldog enjoyed watching the sights from her crate conveniently placed by the window each time we ventured out. The condo itself had almost everything we needed (while linens and bath towels are provided, be sure to pack your own beach/pool towels) and was very comfortable for a family of 5. The front bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and our children had no complaints about the back bedroom (although the bed was a little too springy for older backs). Overall, we loved IOP and Beth couldn't have been more accessible and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our trip very much! The condo was awesome!! We could walk to everything and we found the surrounding hangouts enjoyable. The condo was very well stocked with what ever we needed plus more. close to everything

I recently stayed at this unit for 5 days. It is a really nice unit. Pretty much everything you need is included except for a dishwasher. It is quiet and pet friendly. It is close to everything. You can easily walk to several restaurants and shops. And the beach is only two blocks away. Also the supermarket is less than a 5 minute drive away.
