3,510 SQ FT - Wonderful Renovated Beach House! Perfect voor grote gezinnen!
Ultieme beach house voor een gezin of meerdere gezinnen samen. Aan de overkant van de straat van toegang tot het strand. Volledig uitgeruste, eten in de keuken met bar en gas koken - geladen met charme! Open plattegrond op beide verdiepingen. Houtkachel / open haard op de belangrijkste niveau; gas open haard, natte bar, en wasruimte op de bovenste verdieping. Eerste verdieping was oorspronkelijk een Sears Roebuck-kit huis gebouwd in de jaren 20 ... nu volledig vernieuwd en gerenoveerd. Tweede verdieping toegevoegd in 2005. Hart van grenen vloeren. Particuliere putten in twee beneden slaapkamers, plus extra slaapkamer voorzien van 2 Suites voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Veranda is enorm en gescreend-in met witte rieten schommelstoelen, eettafel en stoelen, plus schraagtafel voor die toevallige zeebanket. Achterdek voor privégesprekken. Bijgewerkt badkamers, twee met dubbele wastafel en een met originele klauw voet bad / douche. Drie auto garage met outdoor strand douche. Boven balkon heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en veel ligstoelen.
Huis biedt privacy en leuke tijden samen. Tiki bar gebied onder de gescreende-in veranda heeft een koelkast en een betonnen vloer voor tijden wanneer u naar buiten wilt van de zon. 7-tv's hele huis met inbegrip van grote flatscreen-tv in beide woonkamers w / Free HBO. Huis is uitgerust met een draadloze internetverbinding, een stereo-installatie (iPod compatibel), een dvd-speler, video / bordspellen, een ijsblokjesmachine en grills voor gas en houtskool.

Great Stay

Our group of 12 adults really loved the home and location. We catered all our meals in so we got to maximize our time at the house. Beach walks and hanging out on the screened in porch were highlights. Also, very comfortable beds and great views. Didn’t use the pool as the weather wasn’t great for that. Management was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely use this house again for a similar gathering.

Isle of Palms Beach Trip

Loved the location and the house was extremely comfortable for our group of 13. The kitchen is very open and large with an island and nice sized dining table. The screened porch was our favorite relaxing spot. The beach access is across the street and very convenient. The pool was dirty, a few things were broken (outdoor chair and umbrella, eye of stove) and tv and fan remotes were missing but the management company was responsive and brought replacement tv remotes to the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Weird incidents

Overall, the house is beautiful, but we had a lot of weird incidents that left us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable in the house. On the first day, a man came over unannounced saying he needed to come in to fix something, but we did not get any heads up or communication from the property to confirm. He then returned and walked in without knocking. On the second day, we were hoping to have a pool day, but the management company had scheduled their lawn service while we were there, also without warning. So there were grass cutters, leaf blowers all over the yard and up on the porch for the day invading our private space, and it was too loud to be at the house. Two out of the 3 nights two different smoke detectors started chirping for us to change batteries in the middle of the night. Another night, a man seemed to have let himself into our backyard to sit by the pool and smoke a cigar. The back door was also confusing to lock, which is not ideal when strangers are coming into your back yard. Lastly, the keypad to get in and out of the house is in a very dark, creepy garage.

Well laid out house. Ample room for multiple gathering places. Our party of nine adults worked very comfortably. Close walk to beach and reasonable walk to grocery shopping and restaurants. Our only recommendation would be to supply a basic set of beach towels.

Staying here every time I come to Charleston!!!

I honestly don’t want to leave a good review because I want this property to always be available when I visit Charleston….but the photos of this place do not do it justice. The house is phenomenal. It is beautiful inside and out, a gorgeous view from both back decks, and PLENTY of space for our group (13 people but could have easily fit 15+). I wish we had stayed here longer because I really didn’t want to leave. 10/10 recommend!!!

The house location is perfect. You are right across the street from the beach and the views of the water are awesome. The home is also very open and accommodates a family well, just be aware there are lots of stairs. My only disappointment was the cleanliness. The house has significant wear and tear of the furniture, much more than I’ve experienced in similar rental homes at this price point for example all the indoor seating cushions need replacing due to heavy food stains and discoloration. The cleaning also had a lot more misses than we’ve experienced elsewhere. Overall, we enjoyed our trip due to the location and outdoor space.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family! The new updates were very nice and the screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The location and proximity to the beach was ideal. The pool was also a plus for everyone but I feel it should be cleaned more than 2 times a week. Overall, it was a great house!

Great for families with small children

Four families stayed in this house very comfortably with a "nook" for four pack 'n plays and bunk beds for three "big kids" (ages 3-4). While the house needs some TLC (generally outside), it was spacious and had all the amenities we needed with a large table inside and outside for eating, a pool, large living area upstairs and down, plus a great upstairs deck with a view of the ocean. We loved the extra rental gear and the walk to the beach was very convenient. We plan to come back!
