The interior of 24 Fairway Dunes has been updated and features a lovely décor. Making 24 Fairway Dunes unique, the living area, kitchen, and dining room are located on the top floor. With its vaulted ceilings and windows overlooking the 11th green, 24 Fairway Dunes has an open and bright feeling throughout. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room features new furniture that provides comfortable seating with tasteful appointments and a 55” smart television. In addition to the new furnishings, the living area has fresh paint throughout. The view of the 11th green of the Wild Dunes Links course is fantastic from the upper-level spacious patio deck. The master bedroom features a king bed plus a loveseat with a full-size sleeper and a private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, access to a full bathroom plus a balcony overlooking the Fairway Dunes Tennis and Swim facility.
The beach is easily accessible from 24 Fairway Dunes with a beach boardwalk located at the entrance to the community. The beach at this location is one of the widest on the Island allowing you plenty of room to dig your sand trap. Finally, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course Proshop is a short walk away.

- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and basketball hoop, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
