Gezinsvriendelijk Cottage met Lg scherm veranda - 100 Ft van Directe toegang tot het strand!

Ons huis is voorzien van centrale verwarming en lucht met plafond ventilatoren in elke kamer. Het heeft een queensize bed in alle slaapkamers met extra slaapplaatsen op een futon in de woonkamer. De serre en woonkamer zijn gescheiden en zorgen voor degenen die kunnen wensen om te lezen of een bezoek brengen, terwijl anderen kijken naar de 50 inch tv in de serre. De extra grote scherm veranda biedt comfortabele zitplaatsen voor 8 en is de perfecte plek om te genieten van een goed boek, goede gesprekken of gewoon om te ontspannen na een dag op het strand of site te zien. Bezoekers van ons huis hebben de veranda een 5 star rating gegeven.

Het huis is gelegen in een rustig deel van het eiland en biedt een breed dunbevolkt strand. En bent u slechts een klein eindje rijden van bekroonde Charleston en Mt Pleasant.

Voor uw gemak een buitendouche heeft warm en koud water.

Voor gezinnen met kinderen het recreatiecentrum op het eiland is een must. Volledig ingerichte speeltuin, basketbalvelden, tennisbanen.

Keuken handdoeken zijn voorzien. Beddengoed en handdoeken worden niet verstrekt. U kunt dit beddengoed bestellen bij IOP Cleaning & Mgt Co (843-886-6387). Zorg ervoor dat je op voorhand te bellen, zodat ze zal hen voor aankomst geleverd hebben.

Last month I spent a week at this cottage with my wife, two children (3 and 6), and in-laws, and I couldn't be happier with our choice. The house is older and modest in size (especially in comparison to the endless mansions on the Isle), but very well maintained and comfortable. The massive covered porch was a huge highlight; despite having to chase around two rambunctious kids, I was able to find the time to doze on one of the lounges once or twice, much to my delight. The large front yard and oak-covered backyard created a perfect Southern vibe, and my six-year-old had enough space to play football and wiffleball.The location was also unbeatable. The path to the beach is just a few hundred feet away, and the park/playground are just over a mile, aka a very quick bike ride. And then there's Sullivan's Island (ten minutes) and Charleston (25 minutes).

I love staying at this property and truly feel like it is my home away from home. So comfortably appointed with the lovely porch and yard. I go for walks on the beach, which is so easily accessible from the house. Betty is always a wonderful host. I look forward to my next stay.

For a variety of reasons, this is hands down the best rental on IOP. Ample space for an adults only or family friendly getaway. This beach cottage, actively managed by the actual owner, is THE epitome of value for your dollar. Been coming to IOP for 15 years. In the beginning, we were 2 or 3 families and we did the big house on the beach. Now the kids are grown and we return every year for an adults only getaway. This property has everything you need. 3 good size bedrooms. An awesome screen room that catches the perfect breeze. And the location, steps to the beach but a block off the main road, is ideal All this at a reasonable price. Cannot be beat on IOP

This was the perfect house for a much needed family getaway to the beach. We had our two adult sons and their girlfriends with us for the week. The house was roomy enough for the six of us, with plenty of places to relax, a beautiful yard, and was right across the road from a public beach access, which allowed us to run back and forth to the beach all day. Great house and great stay!

I love this property, having stayed there multiple times and already booked my next stay. Such a comfortable beach cottage with all the touches of home. I love the porch, where I enjoyed breakfast each morning. Lovely landscaped garden. Just steps away from beach access yet on a quiet street. An easy walk to the marina too. Great property owner—very responsive and caring. Highly recommended!

My family and I throughly our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal or bake . I was able to prepare meals with ease The property inside and out is well maintained. We had a wonderful time at this home! The house was clean, welcoming and the perfect size for our small family of 4. The proximity to the beach was amazing! We were able to set up early each morning and come and go as needed throughout the day. The screened in porch was a big hit with extended family that came to visit. The screened in porch was great to enjoy the outdoors free from mosquitoes. It was a great week!

We loved the location, trees, screened in porch and location. We had grandparents, kids and grandkids all together here everyone had a place to be comfortable. Also super close to Wild Dunes for the wedding we were attending. Betty was a Great Host! The house has a cozy feel and was very clean.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at this property, which I fall more in love with each visit. The ease of beach access for sunrise and sunset walks cannot be beat! The house is so comfortable—especially the porch, where I enjoyed breakfast and savored my morning tea each day. Well-stocked kitchen, quiet—just a perfect island oasis. Even had egrets, hawks and other birds enjoying the natural trees and garden. Property manager Betty is so lovely and responsive to any question. Highly recommend (except for the weeks we want to stay here again)!! 😊

The inside of house is well organized and as advertised. Has plenty of everything for eating at the house and is slightly over a block from a wonderful sand beach and an easy walk. The shed contains beach chairs and other items for a nice day at the beach and a cart for hauling. Did not find a beach umbrella but those are available for rent. Would stay there again. Lots to do in the area.
