Welcome to this amazing Lowcountry style home located in Wild Dunes Resort, this home offers with a private pool and is just a short walk to the ocean!

As your enter your will step into and open and spacious living room filled with plush seating where all can gather. Just off the living room is an amazing gourmet kitchen with everything you need for entertaining including a gas stove, subzero refrigerator/freezer, an oversized kitchen island that seats six, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors, and a large pantry. In the dining room there is a large dining table that seats 10.

Just off the living room, you’ll step onto a large screened in porch with outdoor seating and dining that overlooks the pool oasis. Off the screen porch there are stairs leading down to the private swimming pool with water fall feature and built in seating/spa (does not heat). The pool deck connects to a covered outdoor shower situated in-between the two car garage and the ground floor indoor space.

The ground floor level consists of a bonus room with comfortable seating and pool table for family fun time and a large bedroom with one king and two twin beds.

The main sleeping quarters on the top floor are comprised of the grand primary bedroom that includes a king sized bed, a fireplace, a sitting desk, and the primary bathroom complete with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a wraparound vanity. Apart from the primary bedroom there are 2 other bedrooms; one with another king bed and the final bedroom has two queen sized beds. Also located on this floor is a large laundry room with utility sink. There is a TV in each bedroom.

Wild Dunes Resort is a private gated resort that offers two of the most scenic golf courses in South Carolina, the Links Course and the Harbor Course. Dine out at one of our many on-property restaurants offering everything from seafood to Southern staples. Head to downtown Charleston to soak in the beauty, history, culture and cuisine of the city. And of course, enjoy the beautiful Isle of Palms beach.
