We have 3 king beds, 2 queen beds and 6 twins beds. There are 2 separate living rooms (1st and 3rd floors), amazing porches on both the front and back of the home with an oasis backyard outdoor area. Located on the quiet street of Carolina Boulevard, with a 4 car garage offering a chair lift to access the 1st floor and an electric charging hookup (EV) with ample parking for 4+ cars in the driveway. You will find yourself steps to the ocean and 25 minutes from all that Charleston has to offer.

A short 2 minute walk to the most sought after beach on Isle of Palms (between 5th and 6th Ave)- no crowds, wide, soft and clean sand. By staying south of the IOP connector you avoid all the public beach parking, keeping our beach way less crowded, while still keeping you in walking distance to the most popular restaurants, shopping and bars. When you are done swimming in the pristine manicured beaches only steps away (2 min walk), you can return to your own personal oasis. Your home offers a beautiful salt water pool, perfect for swimming with a large sun shelf ledge. Perfect for your youngsters to splash around on, or for adults to lay back with your favorite drink and soak up the sun, or hide out in shade atop 2 floating pool loungers under an umbrella. To make this more enjoyable, during the cooler months the pool can be heated (for an additional fee). Overlooking this sun soaked pool, is a covered bar, sitting area with fridge and sink to get your grill on (BBQ/Barbecue) and enjoy a family cookout and meals. This area offers a large granite countertop where you can have 4 folks cozy up to the bar on high top seating watching your outdoor smart TV. The bar area offers an amazing covered outdoor experience with comfortable seating for 8 and dining table for an amazing backyard experience.

Inside, keep cool with 3 separate climate controlled zones and find your space to relax and stay connected with high speed wi-fi and xfinity cable throughout the house. You'll have common areas such as the large living room, porches in the front and back of the home. We also offer a private secluded office (fee applicable) with 2 desks, printer and office supplies if you need to get some work in.

The large and beautifully furnished main living area (1st floor) offers everyone so many places to explore: a fully stocked open kitchen, a massive dining room with huge table, a plush living room with plenty of seating, fireplace and TV, and a separate game table. This luxury home has an amazing kitchen for presenting feasts to all your guests, with stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen (oven/microwave/garbage disposal/coffee makers) and an open floor plant to allows you to enteretain everyone across a massive dining room table that fits 16, where you can make memories during your family meals.

On this level, you will find a stylish master bedroom suite (with full bathroom). You will be surrounded by a full-length porch with loads of seating overlooking the pool and backyard. The living area offers tons of common spaces, ideal for a gathering of your family and friends.

The second level has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and your laundry room (washer & dryer). The first bedroom is a large master suite with a king bed and attached ensuite bathroom with your own private sitting area with TV and an amazing outdoor deck with couches. Another bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms offers 1 queen and 1 king, each with their own private toilet and vanity, these rooms share a beautiful sun filled shower.

The top floor provides an oasis for children or young adults to sleep and play. There are two bedrooms, each with three twin beds and a large bathroom to share. There is also a den with a flat screen TV, comfortable sectional sofa and chairs with a beautiful view and loads of light. On this floor you'lll find a very large upstairs living room, views of the Ocean with a large smart TV, PlayStation 4 (games + controllers), a DVD player.

Rent golf carts, bicycles, or mopeds and leave your car parked for the week, enjoying all the restaurants, coffee shops, golf, fishing and shopping that Isle of Palms has to offer. Enjoy the water by renting kayaks, jet skis or boats from the nearby marina or spend the day walking, relaxing or shelling on the seven-mile beach. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, a few minutes away is Isle of Palms OP recreational center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and basketball courts.
