Beach House is een huis aan de oceaan op het eiland Palms om uw familie en vrienden samen te verzamelen voor een ontspannen en betaalbare strandvakantie! Met mooie Oceaan en uitzicht op het strand, een grote, gemeubileerde afgeschermde veranda en 2 niveaus van de open zonneterrassen, dit 4022 sq ft huis biedt ruimte en comfort voor maximaal 16 gasten.

De belangrijkste woongedeelte is op de eerste verdieping en bestaat uit de keuken, woonkamer, eetkamer en vier gastenkamers. De grote, open keuken is voorzien van een ingebouwde muur oven en magnetron, side-by-side koelkast, gladde top 5-pits elektrische kookplaat, 2 vaatwassers en granieten werkbladen. De enorme centrum eiland biedt tal van maaltijdbereiding gebied en biedt plaats aan 7 ontlasting. Het is perfect om de kinderen snacks of maaltijden te serveren. De eetkamer, met zijn prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan, heeft een tafel die 11 zetels. De woonkamer is comfortabel en luchtig en de muur tot muur glazen schuifdeuren bieden uitzicht op het strand en de oceaan, samen met toegang tot de afgeschermde veranda. Een TV / DVD zal jong en oud vermaakt met hun favoriete programma's te houden. Een open haard is een gezellige aanvulling voor de kille winteravonden. Voor onderhoudend, is er een volledige natte bar, met granieten aanrechtblad, wastafel, grote koelkast, een televisie en 3 barkrukken.

De gast slaapkamers gelegen op de eerste verdieping bestaat uit: Slaapkamer 1, waarvan 2 aparte bedden heeft en deelt een volle zaal bad met douche. Slaapkamer 2 heeft een queen bed, is de oceaan en beschikt over een TV / VCR / DVD. Het biedt gehandicapten toegang tot de afgeschermde veranda en de hal gehandicapt bad, die is voorzien van een granieten blad, roll onder de gootsteen en betegelde douchecabine met handgreep, zitbank en handdouche. Slaapkamer 3 is voorzien van een Queen bed, TV / DVD en een gedeelde Jack n Jill badkamer met bad / douche. Slaapkamer 4 kan ook worden gebruikt als een game room en is voorzien van een Queen Murphy bed, TV / DVD, en een kaart tafel met 4 stoelen. Het deelt de volle zaal bad met douche met slaapkamer 1 of de Jack n Jill bad. Het wasgoed is gunstig gelegen in de hal.

De tweede verdieping bestaat uit de slaapkamer en badkamer, 2 van de overige kamers en een volledige gast bad. De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, TV / DVD / VCR, eigen zonnedek met ligstoelen en een spectaculair, panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan! De master bad is compleet met betegelde, inloopdouche, dubbele wastafel en jacuzzi met uitzicht op zee.

Slaapkamer 5 is voorzien van 2 aparte bedden, TV en deelt een volle zaal badkamer met bad / douche. Slaapkamer 6 heeft een uitzicht op de oceaan en heeft een Queen bed, een Twin Daybed met onderschuifbed, TV / DVD, en de aandelen van de volle zaal bad.

De buitenkant afgeschermde veranda en dek gebieden zijn ruimschoots geleverd met ligstoelen, rieten stoelen groepen, rockers, en een teak tafel met 10 stoelen!

Met het warme weer het hele jaar door, de prachtige stranden en de vriendelijke bevolking, heeft Isle of Palms haar reputatie als een eersteklas gezinsbestemming verdiend. De stad ligt dicht bij Charleston en biedt reizigers de kans om historische bezienswaardigheden te combineren met een ontspannen vakantie aan zee.

--Het beleid--

Bij het maken van een online reservering op VRBO / HomeAway moet de huurwaarborg verplicht zijn om alle benodigde velden in te vullen per VRBO / HomeAway-vereisten. Creditcardgegevens moeten worden ingevoerd om eigendom te houden. VRBO zal de beheermaatschappij op de hoogte stellen van uw online reservering. Het beheersbedrijf neemt contact op met de huurgarant om het reserveringsproces te voltooien. Online betalingen en / of stortingen worden niet verwerkt totdat de beheermaatschappij de reservering bij de huurgarantschap heeft bevestigd.

Het saldo zal uiterlijk 60 dagen voor uw aankomst verschuldigd zijn. Als u binnen 60 dagen na uw geplande aankomst reserveert, dient u bij het reserveren het volledige bedrag te betalen.

Reisverzekering:

Management Company biedt reisverzekering aan al hun gasten via Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialiteit is Vacation Rental Industry. Reisverzekering dekt u bij het optreden van een mogelijke natuurrampbedreiging voor ons gebied, medische noodgevallen, verlies van een familielid, verlies van werk, etc. De kosten bedragen ongeveer 7% van uw huurprijs plus belastingen en toeslagen. Stuur een e-mail voor de exacte kosten. Het wordt ten zeerste aanbevolen om een reisverzekering af te sluiten via het managementbedrijf. Zodra de reservering is gemaakt, kan de beheermaatschappij Rental Guardian-beleid aan uw reservering toevoegen. .

Als, Reisverzekeringen worden gekocht via VRBO / HomeAway (CSA-Thuisverzorgingsbeleid), dekt hun beleid geen vertragingen of onderbrekingen van een verblijf, vooral als zich een natuurramp voordoet, zoals de orkaan. Het managementbedrijf kan geen geld terugbetalen of uw reservering verplaatsen.

We love the Isle of Palms, but this property needs basic maintenance. Two of the kitchen cabinet doors came off when we opened them. The decks require repair, creating a trip hazard for any senior guests, and the overall property hasn't received basic maintenance. For the cost, I would recommend choosing another home.

House in disrepair

Beautiful view and location but the house needs a complete overhaul. From mold to. Using pickets on the deck, the wood on and around the house needs replacing. Was clean and management company good to work with but we won’t rent her again. Rusty fixtures, lack of general maintenance left us disappointed in the stay.

Great location —oceanfront home w million dollar views. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of seating for large family gatherings. Although this property is not completely updated, it had all the conveniences we needed! We felt comfortable having all the grandchildren playing either inside or outside on the screened in porch!

Great location! Needs updates and repairs.

We stayed in this rental for a mini-family reunion. We chose it because we needed an elevator for grandma and it was right on the water. The house was in a beautiful location and was large enough for everyone to spread out. We did not use the Murphy bed so I can not comment on its comfort but the bedrooms were all satisfactory (nothing too impressive to comment on). The outside deck is lovely for eating meals while enjoying the breeze and ocean. We cooked many meals and the house had the typical rental kitchen supplies. The cooktop vent is not operational. The outside grill worked well and had plenty of propane. Parking is plentiful. The house was clean. However, this house is clearly a rental and needs repairs and updates. The ceiling has many water-damaged areas, there is lots of wood rot and peeling paint, the carpet upstairs has seen better days, and much of the outdoor lighting doesn't work. The primary bedroom shower is in need of repair. The door doesn't close (someone added velcro to the shower door in an attempt to "fix" this but it doesn't hold the door close) and the tile floor seems to have been repaired by coating the tile with some type of plaster but it is all peeling up. The wood walkway to the ocean is sketchy; if you don't want splinters, wear shoes. Overall, we enjoyed the house but wish it was better maintained.

Family reunion.

Great location. Right on beach. Wonderful sitting on deck in evening watching waves. The house was right next to public access but beach never was too crowded. The kitchen was stocked with everything. There was plenty of room for our group of 15. Only minor annoyances were many burned out ceiling bulbs and the trash cans were overfilled upon our arrival and swarming with flies.

Beautiful home, just what we needed!

We stayed in this home for a girl's weekend with 13 girls and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax! The view from the home can't be beat. While it's a bit outdated, it's perfect for some necessary time away. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice but in need of repair and updating

Nice house but in need of repair and updates. The ceiling in the main living space had water marks from prior leaking. We had a tropical storm while we were there and had to put pots and pans under several places while the water came in. I called to report this and someone came to look at this and took pictures but nothing was done. The railing on the back steps and one of the slats on the back porch was loose. The entire railing across the back deck to the left was loose and could have been a problem if someone leaned too hard on it. I had to call to have them repaired as I had young children and my 91 year old Dad with me and these were a safety issue. I feel for the price of the rental these types of issues should be addresses prior to arrival. The main air conditioning unit was not working properly and I had to call to have it repaired it. It was a minor repair but again another call for a repair.

Rental agency was fine except they need to clean better.

Owners of property need to stop whoring the property. Charge a lot of money & they do not reinvest ANY of it. First bad sign NO smoke detectors, not even in kitchen, just wires where they’re suppose to be. Two of three air conditioners went out. None of the doors locked. No lights work in upstair hallway - over stairs so could be dangerous. Dishwasher not bolted in. Holes in screens on screened porch. Railing gives. I could go on and on. So word of advice - don’t rent property until major work has been completed. A definite safety hazard.

Highly recommend

Clean, spacious, fabulous location. We had 15 family members and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen had plenty of room for everyone and the huge windows on the back of the house gave us the most spectacular view of the ocean. It was nice walking straight out to the beach and we had great access to fabulous seafood just a mile down the road from us.

Beautiful location

Amazing to wake up to the sound of the ocean outside your bedroom door. Wonderful location with easy access to good restaurants. One reason I gave it a 4 star is because the house is very worn down. Towels and linens were all clean though! We love Charleston!

Wonderful functional beach front home

The home is wonderfully situated on the beach - quiet street. The layout is big without being overwhelming - plenty of room to sleep and feel comfortable. The kitchen is built for crowds! Lots of space to prepare and (key) two full dishwashers and a second full fridge around the corner at the bar. Big windows and views throughout. Definitely recommend.

The most money we’ve paid to stay oceanfront in Charleston and the worst house

This house used to be awesome. Now I think the owners are just waiting on the right hurricane to come blow it down! We are a group of 3 families that come to Charleston for our family beach vacay for the past 3 years. We always stay oceanfront since we have young children. Right from the moment we arrived things were bad. No need for a key, the doors were left unlocked. The property was very dated and dingy. Couch pillows need to go in the trash can. We were greeted with a large broken window overlooking the beach from the kitchen. We were also nervous about that bc a hurricane was scheduled to hit the following day and with 4 young boys we were afraid they may bump into it and the whole thing would just shatter. We went to sit in the screened porch since that is the best feature about the actual house. There was an old discarded hot dog wrapper rolling around from the previous guests. Old and dried food left by the grill and even better blond hairs stuck to something spilled on the coffee table. We also quickly discovered that the air conditioning down stairs wasn’t working. We called to let the management company know. The following morning I woke up and walked out into the living room to discover a strange man standing in the den talking to our young kids watching the only working tv in the house. I asked who he was and how he got in. He said that he was friends with the owner and here to fix the air. I asked who let you in? He said he let himself in. He then asked to use the bathroom and clogged the toilet up. He did get the air running. The next day the upstairs unit went out and he had to return. He must have gotten the hint and this time let himself in again but was wearing a mask now. The hurricane hit and was challenging bc the WiFi is terrible and with one working tv we were all stuck in the den. We also had pots scattered about for all of the leaks coming through the ceilings in the rain. During the storm the HVAC guy showed back up and again walked right in. There was a lot more that happened but you get the point. We did reach out to the rental company before writing a review to let them know. Two weeks ago they said they would let us know what they could do after they talked to the owners. Crickets. Keep looking! We had a fun time as always with our group but it was only because of location and the company we were with.

Ideal location

This house is in an ideal location at the end of IOP, far enough away from the main pier to have plenty of beach room. The beds are comfortable as well. The rest of the furnishings are very tired though. The living room furniture is stained & greasy, the carpet is also way past being able to clean. Some Windows are cracked and the kitchen cabinets are failing. These are all superficial things that the owners could easily fix and if they did we would happily return! The rental agency is lovely and very responsive.

Once upon a time

Once upon a time this was a lovely home. It has been neglected. The home has a fine layout but needs refurbishing. There are poorly patched holes on walls, kitchen cabinets with broken hinges, a prominent broken window and the living room and screened porch furnishing need to be replaced. With some TLC this home could be lovely again.

Beautiful getaway

This house was perfectly suited for our family's girls trip. It was spacious and comfortable enough, and we made good use of the elevator. The location on the beach was perfect. We were able to walk down to the inlet and watch the dolphins feeding. We were all so sad when the trip was over.

Great experience

The house is as advertised - nice, clean, capable of comfortably housing a large group. The location is great, right on the beach. East Islands was a pleasure to do business. They promptly answered phone calls and emails. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Wonderful house for a family reunion

This house was clean, a bit aged and dated but when you include the beach view with the screened in front porch and all the bedrooms... Definitely worth it! East island rentals was friendly and accommodating as well as informative about the island & area. Would book again!
