Thank you for your review and your feedback. We apologize that you had trouble with the wifi service during your stay. We reviewed all of our correspondence with you along with all correspondence with our on site management team and unfortunately there was no mention from you that you were having trouble with the wifi during your stay. We have a management team on the island daily to assist with these type of issues and easily would have taken care of resetting the service for you or offered another connection that could have been used. We understand the importance of wifi and ensure that every guest has access to wifi service in our units. We are aware that there were some connection issues the day you arrived due to the recent Tropical Storm Idalia, however the entire building was restored very quickly and up and running during the entirety of your stay. Again, we apologize for your issues and would have immediately assisted if we would have known you had a problem.

Thank you for your feedback. We have spoken to our management company to address the cleanliness and paint issues and they will be addressed asap. As far as the guests above you, we are truly sorry for the unruly guests. Our management team did speak with the guests the next morning and reminded them of the noise ordinances and to our understanding the problem was mitigated. We hope that notwithstanding those issues, you were able to enjoy your vacation.
