'Everything was wonderful and being able to see the beach from the balcony was a plus. The proximity to the boardwalk was super convenient. The only thing I could think that needs some thought is the parking the way the parking is so close to the building made it tough to get in and out. Overall the rental was cozy and my family had a great time. '

'The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed'
