'Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!'

'Only advantage of this property is near to beach but otherwise the house is not clean, Wi-Fi not available, tv not working and rooms are not clean with lot of sands everywhere in the house. Kitchen fridge was not working, overall cleanliness and facilities of the house are not great.we also saw spider webs in living room which was scary.'

'Blue Nest is a great house at on a awesome beach in Arecibo. We had everything that we needed and was in walking distance to bakery/convenience store that we became regulars at during our stay. The best part if staying here is that you are a very short distance from El Pozo del Obispo which the kids loved and is a great place for pictures. I highly recommend Blue Nest to any family and look forward to booking another family trip here soon!!!'

'Our stay was an amazing experience. To set the context, we prefer to stay away from well-developed tourist areas (big hotels, lots of attractions) and prefer a more intimate, authentic experience. We have three young kids (7-11 YoA) that love exploring nature. The location was truly amazing for us. 'The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. I HIGHLY recommend the Frances Marie Bakery down the road for breakfast … or lunch or all day really… pastries are good for you. If you head like 20...

'We adored our stay with Christine and Jose. In particular we loved the stunning views from the property, the beautiful outdoor spaces (bar, fire table, gorgeous pool that is heated so our kids could play in it for hours) and the location (remote in the hills with a farm, fruit trees, horses etc.). Being there felt like a truly unique experience and it felt like we got to experience real puerto rico life for a couple of days.
