The exteriors of Villa Le Gioie della Vita are a true masterpiece. The infinity pool, with a view of the Porto Ulisse bay, is the beating heart of the villa, surrounded by a manicured lawn and sun loungers. The vast veranda, tastefully furnished, is the ideal place to relax and admire the panorama, while the Mediterranean garden offers corners of peace and tranquility.
Villa Le Gioie della Vita is composed of two buildings, placed opposite each other, around the pool, offering spacious and bright spaces. The main house has a living room with a corner sofa, a kitchen equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The outbuilding houses two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.
The three bedrooms of Villa Le Gioie della Vita are furnished with taste and personality, with paintings in shades of blue and light blue, created by the owner, which create a relaxing and evocative atmosphere. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and TV, to ensure maximum comfort. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (36 kWh per day). In case of exceeding consumption, an extra amount of 1.10 cents per kWh will be required.
