Para resumir: En la vida volvería a alojarme allí. El hotel está superviejo y descuidadísimo. La habitación que nos tocó (la 303) prometía ser increíble viendo las fotos, y fue todo lo contrario, horrible. Como ejemplo, la iluminación es muy deficiente (la lámpara que hay en el techo apenas da luz), casi no sale agua de los grifos del baño, en ningún momento vino nadie a limpiar la habitación, y en alguna ocasión incluso tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiasen las toallas, porque no lo habían hecho. Además, tanto la habitación como el hotel en general no se veían precisamente limpios. Por otra parte, en el desayuno no había casi variedad donde elegir, y la máquina de café no tuvo cacao ninguno de los días, e incluso alguno de ellos tampoco había café.

Sıcakkanlı ve Kaliteli
Oteldeki bizle ilgilenen beyefendi ve çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlıydı tüm isteklerimizi anında karşıladılar. Odaların temizliği gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltı da güzeldi. Bu fiyata böyle güzel bir konumda konaklamak çok iyi.

Good stay
Staffs are very friendly to help us to resolve any problem such as to arrange airport transfer and to adjust TV, room is clean, air conditioner works well, breakfast is good, only “shortage “ is water is not hot enough for shower sometimes.

konaklamamız çok kötüydü Hotelin resimlerle hiç alakası yok inanılmaz eski ve kötü elektrik prizi elimizde kaldı . Hizbe kötü odalarda kaldık. Akşam giriş yaptık ve hemen ödeme istendi bir yere kaçtığımız yok. eşyalar çok eski ve konforsuzdu. Tuvalet musluğu çalışmıyordu. Sabah kahvaltısında hizbe bir yere indik her taraf kızartma kokulu , 5 çeşit kahvaltılık vardı . Otopark yok , kısacası çok çok kötüydü Hotels.com dan gittiğim hiçbir yer bu kadar değildi . ilk defa memnuniyetsiz ayrıldım. Aldıkları parayı asla hak etmeyen bir işletme .

Dear guest you booked economıc room and we gıve same room to you there ıs no such thıngs about bad and when you booked room you chose optıon pay at property so of course when you came hotel definitely hotel wıll ask money for your staying and about parkıng just 10mtr from hotel private parkıng lot have

Hotel personnel was very nice and helpful. Area around the hotel is also nice. I had a room with the sea view, I could watch tons of ships going back and forward all day. There is a terrace with the sea view as well. Location is also very good - close to everything in Sultanahmet.

Poor, very basic and bad attitude from staff.
We chose this hotel because it came up as "superb" on hotels.com but it certainly was not! It was extremely basic and felt dirty. There was dirty furniture in the room which would have been better off being removed, and apparently we were given an "upgrade" in order to fulfill the original booking of a double bed after they asked if it was OK if they gave us a twin single bed room. The staff were not helpful and implied we were the ones at fault with each concern we raised. We didnt even attempt to eat the breakfast (which even though we booked they didn't offer or give information about anyway). Poor hotel with even worse attitude from staff. The only good thing was closeness to the square and mosques although you have to walk uphill a lot to get there.

Malesef biz 2 aile olarak konaklayamadik Rezervasyonda oto parki gösteriyordu vardığımızda oto park yerlerinin olmadigini dışarıdaki oto park yerleri bizden geceliğine 500 ₺ istediler ve ustelikde aile için bizlere bodrum katı gosterdiler, Resepsiyon tamamı ile bir rezaletti Kes Burasi kesinlikle bir aile yeri değil Daha sonra oto parkyeri olan uygun bir otel bulduk ve orada konakladık

Dear Guest fırst of all we never provıde parkıng and we don't wrıte we have free parkıng we just wrıte yes near to out have prıvate parkıng you can park your there all hotels use that prıvate parkıng we don't have any concern they cgarged 50 tl or 500 tl and after for room you booked a room ın our hotel (BASIC ROOM IN BASEMENT WITH WINDOW) because when you make reservatıon we wrıte our system all ınformatıon wıth prıce dıffrence and room types also so ıts not hotel mıstake because you made reservatıon for basement room and also we don't take any money from guest Best Regards:Aleph hotel&Spa
