I don't recommend it to anyone who travels to the Density hotel. It is a horrible place—dirty my room. I was with my husband and mother for nine days; they cleaned my room only for two days and never changed my bed sheets. I took off my bed sheets, and I called reception to come and see. The staff are friendly. Management is unprofessional. He couldn't speak English. I don't know how he was a manager. I booked £950 when I checked in; they charged me 1220€. They said it because it's a new year. All the pictures are different when you see them. Duvet was broken. Noisy place. I didn't have a heater for two days. They said it's a problem for all. When I went to breakfast for the first morning, I requested fry eggs; they said you should pay extra. Please avoid going to this hotel. The bedsides were covered with dust. Disgusting. It wastes your money if you go to this place. I gave some vegetables to keep in the freezer until I checked out. They gave me half of them. Another half disappeared. Terrible, Horrible hotel.

Hi dear guest by the first day you arrived to the hotel you started to complaine then for the next day everything seemed fine for you we were asking you everyday if there is any issue and trying to fix the stuff .Those comments really unfair.

The size of the rooms were decent and the condition was good and clean. Staff were very helpful and breakfast times we're very good as well. You can have breakfast until about 10.30am The only warning for other who want to visit this hotel is that it's next to a mosque and the calls for prayers can be loud especially at 5am in the morning. Not that this was an issue for us but I suspect it will be for those who are not used to it or people with children.

Je n’ai pas passé une nuit dans cet hôtel car il ne correspondait pas à ma demande. J’ai perdu 554€ pour rien. C’est une publicité mensongère. Il n’a rien d’un hôtel de classe . Même le quartier est mal fréquenté. S il y’a possibilité de remboursement. Merci de le faire. J’ai passé mon séjour à Eressin hôtel Topkapi. Vous pouvez vérifier.

Hervorragend wunderbar!!!
Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sehr sauber. Der Service war hervorragend. Eine Verlängerung war kein Problem. Nicht weit weg vom Taksim. Nur die Lage des Hotels war nicht unbedingt schön. Das Hotel dafür 1 A. Ich danke dem gesamten Hotelpersonal für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls wunderbar und sehr entspannend.

Really very friendly employees at the reception. Speaking very good English which wasn't common during my stay in Istanbul. Also offered me to make a pcr test at no costs. Nice!

The hotel is nice and the staff is marvelous, but the location is a bit of an issue as although it is some 800 meters from Taksim square, its 750m downhill-uphill walk which can be challenging when wearing the mask. Also, the neighborhood is a bit creepy.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Am ersten Tag war der Zustand des Badezimmers nicht sauber.. was sehr enttäuschend war und es kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Badezimmer.

A simple hotel located in an industrial area, where there is not much to see or experience. Taksim is 15-20 min away by walking. Friendly staff. The hotel could easily improve their breakfast and facilities, which can compensate for the terrible location. Adding more facilities could remove our focus from the terrible location. Staff could also be more proactive in their behaviour. I would consider this hotel again if they improve their facilities.

Yer ve konum çok kötüydü, çok güvensiz bir sokaktaydı, oda havlular ve çarşaflar kirliydi, değiştirilmesini istedim , değiştirildiğinden emin değilim ama özellikle çarsaf ve havlular kullanılmıştı, bir tek resepsiyondaki beyfendi yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama genel olarak çok kötü bir konaklama diyebilirim

Temizlik en yüksek puanlamamız arasında.Asla kullanılmış havlu,çarşaf bırakılmaz bu mümkün değiş.Günlük yıkamaya göndermekteyiz.Yaşadığınız olumsuzluktan üzgünüz fakat dediğiniz gibi değişim yapılmıştır.Konum olarak Taksim meydan 850 metre mesafede.Malesef her işletme meydanda yer almıyor.Bunu rezervasyon yaparken görebiliyorsunuz.Bir daha ki rezervasyonunuzda adresi detaylı incelemeniz daha sağlıklı olacaktır.Bu durumu çoğu misafir gürültüsüz olmasından dolayı daha memnuniyetle karşılıyor oysa ki.. This property was located in a terrible location - it was shut down by the police when we arrived and we were told immediately to leave the area as it was completely unsafe. We paid and booked everything so when we spoke to the hotel staff they refused to help us out or give us out money back despite knowing it was their fault for not informing us this was the case and that we would not be able to stay. Terrible terrible staff that do not speak any English and the manager that does, doesn’t wish to help in anyway. I will not recommend this hotel particularly due to location and incident that occurred!!!
