Het was gewoon drama!!! Met vergeleken foto's op internet en in het echt had niks met elkaar meetemaken! Ik heb direct een andere hotel geregeld dus ik heb voor niks betaald want je kon daar echt niet blijven gekukkig heb ik foto's gemaakt van vieze kamers en ik heb contact opgenomen met expedia zodat ik mijn geld terug kan krijgen

Everything was super filthy, they put carpet on the floor, it absorb all the mud and dirts, it was smelly, they don't use any sheet for blankets, ac wasn't working, they were turning on the chauffage only 2hours per day (6 am 1 hour and 12 pm 1 hour)

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü hoteldi. Eğer çok maddi sıkıntı içerisindeyseniz ve konaklamayı olabildiğince ucuza getirmek istiyorsanız, aynı zamanda hijyen ve sıcaklık kriterleriniz dışındaysa kalabilirsiniz.

My 'stay ' ? lasted less than 10 minutes as the hotel rooms were disgusting . Filthy and unclean. As I checked back out , I was told the water pipes were old and this was why the water was not clear. ????? I hadn't even wanted to touch a tap. I assume this was a cover story for the man checking in at the desk as I left.

hi .. we had a terrible stay in erciyes hotel.. every where was so filthy .. The toilet was so dirty that we didn't use it and they put naphthaline tablet in the toilet because of that the room had the bad smell and we had eye irritation .. moreover because the staff treated inhospitality, we arrived at hotel after 5:00 PM then they didn't allow us for checking in and we spent first night sitting on a dirty sofa in a cramped lobby.. please omit this place from your list of hotels because this place really isn't like a hotel.. and I saw other people that dissatisfied with this place.. please don't use the word of "hotel" for this place, There is more like an abandoned hostel Thank you for your attention

you should be ashamed of your unreal comments,The rules regarding the entrance times of our hotel are clearly stated on our page. it is said that you will not be able to check in at 2 pm. you chose to wait in the lobby yourself and disturbed people while waiting.we know that the only thing that prevents you from booking another hotel is our hotel's cheap prices. but you do not know that you can not get 5 star service for your budget. so you make this comment

Çok pis bir otel, ayrıca 2 günlük rezervasyonumun 2. Gününde kalmak için gittiğimde önceden arayıp bilgilendirmiş olmama rağmen, rezervasyonun düştü. Yeniden ücret alacağız dediler. Oda içinde zaten bir koku hakim, öksürtüyor.

şafak bey otelimize geldiğinizde sngle oda rezervasyonunu olmasına rağmen 2 kişi kalmak istediniz sonra vazgeçiçp ayrıldınız.

Nice for its low price.
The hotel is good enough for this low price however rooms need a lot of cleaning and fixing, toilet and hand wash sink was broken. there is no elevator in the building.

Odayı akşam 21.40 ta site üzerinden satın aldım. Ödemeyi yaptım. Daha sonra otele gittim. Resepsiyonda Suriyeli Türkçe bilmeyen bi çocuk. Yorgunum Hemen odama çekilmek isterken Yarım saat durumu çocuğa izah ettim. Anlamadı ama beni odaya çıkardı. Üstümü değişip tam yatmış ken kapı çaldı. Baktım Suriyeli çocuk. Bir saat birşey ler anlatma ya çalıştı sonunda anlaştık. Problem benim otele saat 13-17 arası gelmem gerekiyormuş. Neyse ben itiraz ettim gitti. Sonra tekrar geldi beni aşağıya çağırdı. Gittim bi yarım saatte orda bekledim. Beni birisiyle telefonda konuşturdu. Oda aynı şekilde alışverişin Geçersiz olduğu otele 17 ye kadar gelmem gerektiğini söyledi ve 50 lira para istedi. Haklı olarak itiraz ettim. Odayı 21.40 ta almışım. Nasıl olur da otele 17 de giriş yapıcam mantığını anlamadım. Zaman makinesi icat edildide haberimiz mi yok. Neyse ben itiraz edince beni o pis odadan aldılar daha beter bi odaya verdiler sebep oranın müşterisi varmış bende yedim.Neyse Suriye li arkadaş beni Çatı katında banyosu olmayan el yüz yıkamaya lavobası olmayan bi odaya çıkardı. Otelin tamamı Suriye li idi onların konuşmasından ve soğuktan uyuyamadım bile. Bi battaniye ile titreye titreye sabahı çıkardım. Sonuç olarak paramla rezil oldum. Odalar pis tv yok klima yok. Hotels ten 54 de aldığım odaya 50 de otelde istiyorlar. Tamamen dolandırıcık. 100 verdikten sonra mis gibi otel dolu. Aklınız varsa otele giderken bir kere değil bin kere düşünün derim.

öncelikle rezervasyon yaparken dikkat etmeniz gereken birinci önelik otelin kabul kurallarıdır.. sayfamızda gayet açık şekilde giriş saatlerimiz yazmaktadır. okumanız var ise görebilirsiniz. makul fiyatlı olduğu için tercih ettiniz otelden hilton hizmeti beklemenizi de haliyle görmezden geliyoruz. ayrıca otelimizde çalışan suriyeli hiç kimse yok. personelimizin tamamı türk dür. ayrıca otelimizin misafirleri de çoğunluğu avrupa dan gelen misafirlerimizdir. lakin siz sanırım kimlik çatışması veya bir takım rüyalar görüyorsunuz kendi dunyanızda. ödeme için teşekkür ederiz. tekrar görüşmemek ümidi ile. ..

Sehr schmutziges, kaputtes und hässliches Hotel. Innenausstattung komplett verdreckt und kaputt. Ich kann nicht fassen, dass ich überhaupt mal in seinem dreckigen und verschimmelten Hotel übernachten könnte. Hoffentlich muss es kein anderer erleben!

The check-in at this hotel is very strange. Not allowed after 5pm. Because of our flights evening landing I had contacted Ebookers to get confirmation that we would be allowed a late check-in. Also on the Ebookers website there is a pledge that customers can check-in at any time of the day worldwide. Upon arrival I had to pay an extra 150 Turkish Lira to check-in late. I would like to be re-imbursed for this amount. I also suggest you take this terrible hotel off your listing, it does nothing for your reputation.

Otel çok kötü ve pis. Konumu da bayağı kötü ve mahalle arası bir yerde. 90 lira fazladan para istendi. Ödemezsem online ödediğim paranın yanacağını söylediler. İlk defa hotels.com üzerinden gittiğim bir otelde kazıklandım.

This hotel, must be closed by the authorities , This is the dirtiest hotel I have seen ever in my life, the front office staff, told me, we clean only once at three working days, walls, very dirty, WC, hasn't window, and same place shower, space 1 mittre squared, street through window , it's parkings of traders' trucks, all night the sound of engines, it was really a nightmares. I hope Expedia , never show this hotel on its website , must be banned.

This place is a dump, stinks smoke everywhere inside the tiny room nose and eyes got irritated within a minute inside the room, area is super noisy cars and kids playing, people shouting each other, bathroom dirty and no toiletries onle two used bar soups never received a room service, please do yourself a favor and remove this hotel from Expedia.

Worst place ever
It was the worst hotel experience I had. This hotel can easily be nominated for dirtiest hotel of Istanbul (International). The visitors and personel smoke everywhere in hotel even in the rooms. In the room you will find bugs and insects. In the carpet there are burnholes. The sheets were also very dirty. And the staff is very rude and disrespectul. Not in a million years I would ever go back there, I would rather sleep outside in the fresh air. The most disgusting place on earth, I don’t understand that people are allowed to book there, it should be closed down.

Als aller erstes möchte ich einen Riesen dank an den Rezeptionisten aussprechen. Er war immer sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Sehr Sympatischer Mann der sich auch gut in Istanbul auskennt. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein und nicht das sauberste, jedoch ist es für den Preis in Ordnung.
