Ruime kamer. Erg vriendelijk personeel.en een goed uitgeruste kitchenette op de kamer Helaas geen ontbijt in het hotel.

Kein Aparthotel.Keine Möglichkeit zu kochen. In 7 Tagen wurde weder sauber gemacht noch Handtücher gewechselt.

Do not waste your money please
I write you judge: - Very disrespectful staff (specially the one which comes in morning is always angry and you feel he wants to attack you any second) - The place is far from any good place in Istanbul. on the map it is near to Taksim square but the whole path is an uphill. you should take a taxi for everywhere and there is no free taxi there. you should wait at least 1 hour for a taxi. - The rooms are really dirty and you will struggle with cockroaches. whenever you ask for cleaning the room they will do it at least three days later. - our room had not refrigerator. I asked for one and they promised to bring one but they did not. -there is no place for breakfast. they bring you the same plate of low quality breakfast every day to your room. I preferred to throw away the breakfasts and buy some for myself. - The shower was broken and the head of shower used to jump away. I asked for a repair. they did not even changed the shower head and they glued it and again it was broken. I had to repair it myself with my own money because I have a newborn baby. - I was with my wife and my 3 months old baby. they gave us two separate beds instead of a double bed. we asked for a double bed and another bed for our baby. same as refrigerator they did not give us until the last day. you can not even imagine how hard it was for us. - you always had to struggle with WiFi. even when you lock and unlock your phone you have to sign in again to the Internet and there were no setting for r

Nicht zu empfehlen
Mangelhaftes Zimmer. Sauberkeit war ausreichend. Das Fenster konnte man nicht zum Lüften öffnen. Schade!

The hotel staff is respectful and friendly, but the area is very good in addition to the narrowness of the rooms, and the difficulty of finding parking.

I liked the property due to feeling of security, satisfying cleanness, veeeeery polite and helpful staff and approximately near to means of transportation. The only weak point is to not having breakfast service!

All the rooms facing the front street have zero sound padding and it's like you are out on the street with all the noise. The floors were very dirty and i couldn't walk barefoot on them without the bottoms of my feet being covered in dirt. Other than that, rooms were a bit musty , but not bad for the price ... the people who work here are really nice

This hotel was located in an industrial area with noisy shops. The WIFI was not good, the shower drainage was too slow. The hotel was far from where the tourist attractions were. The communication was good by a rep at the hotel . If it is first time to Istanbul, you need to find your own way. The hotel rep was not helpful because there was no Map to get to the bus/train and groceries store by the hotel receptionist. There is no laundry available by the hotel or closer to the hotel. We had to figure out that one as well. The hotel wants to sell their pricey tours and rides, be smart when you book it here.Due to the timing and date differences , we booked one night extra. FYI, the policy was no refund or exchange from Expedia at this place. The hotel does not provide ride to the airport with a reasonable price to the clients in contrast of most of other hotels in Turkey do to their clients.

We took one room with king bed and one family room which has one room with king bed and other room with up and down bed. The rooms are spacious. But the location is sorounded with tire shops. You need to walk for 15 m to get to Taksim. There is no tram station close to hotel
