Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgesucht, weil es sehr zentral ist für eine Städte und Shoppingtour. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

This is my 4th visit and as you can see I keep going back to it .. the 3 Ali's are absolute gentlemen and always helpful 😁the new rooms are just lovely with great bedding 😁the sofa bed is a bonus 😁may be the TV can be repositioned and more lightings will definitely help 😁area us great with loads of options for laundry / dining / grocery and safe 😁

I was supposed to get the biggest suit in this hotel with balcony and kitchen but instead they called me two days before my flight and said that this room was not available and gave me two rooms in another hotel and asked me for extra charge $200.. we were so disappointed with the service.

This hotel reached out to me 2 days before my flight saying my room is unavailable to check in because they do some renovation. And gave me 2 rooms in different hotel because I had 5 people total. I had to pay extra money for the second room because they did not have suites for 5 people in new hotel. We did not had balcony, kitchen as I was planning on. I was really disappointed with the service.

I am mixed on this hotel. The location is great, and it is easy to take taxis or the bus as there is a bus stop right next to it, pharmacy and market right next door. However the hotel itself is old and it shows. Bathroom was a little worn out, paint peeling, shower not that great as it leaks out into the bathroom floor. Floor was a little dusty in the room, pillows were hard, and overall the hotel just feels old and strange. Room is nice, but hallway is creepy. The staff were great, very nice and helpful, housekeeping was very nice, my wife was sick and the housekeeper who bakes the bread every morning for breakfast buffet brought food to our room. Only complaint I have about service is that there is only 2-3 people working at a time maximum, and after housekeeping finishes their work, only one person watching the whole facility. This meant if you needed any extra housekeeping amenities you had to ask for it early in the day, and at night you cant for example replace towels or things like that.

extra charge unexplained!
The room condition at Hotel Bosfora was much lower than expected. The pictures does not justify the hotel condition at all. I requested a refund but was not granted. They sent me to a sister hotel called, Hotel Bosfora Plus, which was supposed to be at no additional charge, but there was an unauthorized , and unexplained charge on my credit card for $35.76 from the hotel, which they never explained neither refunded!

Fine for a business stay
This hotel is fine for a business stay and not too far from key areas. It does have a lively bar on the ground floor and the street outside is busy, so it was noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel
Great location very friendly staff specially mr ali and mr gihkon the manager he is very nice and always help us. Very clean and comfortable close to all restaurants in basiktash. Breakfast normal. I will always stay here every time i visit turkey
