Mooie hotel alleen bij het inrichting kan wat kleur gebruikt worden was te zwart en stoelen en tafels bruin. En er hingen nergens schilderen en geen vazen met bloemen enz. In de slaapkamer mist ik pas spiegel 😊 Personeel was hartstikke aardig.

The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport relatively but a 10 minute taxi ride was necessary to get there The area around the hotel did not have many conveniences .

It was very near to the airport, we loved that as we had a very early flight. The room was very clean, the beds were bigger than expected. I loved that even though it was two beds they had like three different power outlets near the bed.

I gave the taxi driver the address of the hotel, and he could not find it on his GPS. He drove us to the city and asked for direction. That is how hard to find this hotel. On our way back to the airport, another taxi driver charged us 100 lira more. He said that is for the hotel because they called the taxi for us. I don't know if this is a deal between the taxi driver and the hotel, or this is a scam. But be aware!

It was a good experience for me, not conducive for international visitors many issues, we are comfortable bed needs a lot of improvement. I should get a full refund. I complain to the management and they did nothing. Only one thing was a young gentleman, youngest employee there. He was very kind to me very helpful.

Clean, comfortable and good service
We stayed 1 night while waiting for a flight very early the next morning, hotel was very nice, friendly attentive staff especially Bilal on reception who made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean and had complimentary water, shower gel/ shampoo. there is a lift in the hotel and the area it’s located in was quiet only a 15 minute taxi ride away from IST airport, which cost us 200 lira. Thank you for a nice stay.

The property is conveniently located in relative proximity to the airport. The area, however, has very limited options for dining. It's right on the highway, i.e. it's pretty noisy even at night. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The room they initially gave us had an issue with the drain system, but once reported they gave us a different room without any issues.
