We really enjoyed our stay at Marvel Suites. The rooms were simple but clean. The hotel owner was very kind and friendly. Would definitely come back to this place.

Great price-quality
Marvel suites has clean and comfortable rooms. A great price-quality close to Taksim square in central Istanbul. The owner, Ömer, is very friendly and helpfull. It makes the stay even better.

Omers hospitality is probably thee best I've ever received, he was super helpful and very informative of things to do in Istanbul. the room was amazing with cool decorations. The only negative thing about my stay was when there were prayers from the local mosque the noise wasn't really masked from my room. Granted it does get you up early and ready to explore Istanbul so on that part I wasn't complaining.

10/10!! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN ISTANBUL
I have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay at Marvel Suites. We stayed for 4 days and we had a great time. Omer was helpful before we even landed by recommending the Havabus instead of the metro to get to the hotel. When we arrived later than expected, he greeted us and gave us all of the recommendations of places that we can visit. We have been to Istanbul twice and have never visited the places that he recommended. He treated us like family and was such an amazing owner! The day before we had to leave we asked if he could call us a taxi to the Havabus terminal for the morning and he told us that he would drive us instead! He wouldn't even take money and provided us with breakfast to go! I have never stayed at a hotel where the owner truly made a difference in our stay. If you visit Istanbul, you MUST stay at Marvel's Suites! You will not find a better hotel to stay at, trust me!! It is a 10 minute walk to Taksim and there are corner stores near by. The neighbourhood is so friendly and safe even if you are retuning late at night. You don't have to worry about all of the loud noises from staying directly on Taksim. I have told all of my friends and family about this hotel and it will be the number 1 recommendation for anyone going to Istanbul. He said that having happy guests is what makes him happy and that truly was such an amazing thing to say and just shows you how great Omer is. If I could give him 100/10 stars I would. Thank you for such a great stay!!

Sehr freundliche Personal, Inhaber Ömer ist sehr liebevolle Mensch, sehr hilfsbereit.Hotel liegt nahe Zentrum Taxim, zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

The Owner Mr. Omar is very much helpful & always approachable. Property is clean, safe & staff is polite. We came from IST Airport to Taxim Square by bus at night and were unable to get the direction though it is in the 10Minutes walking distance range. At that time Mr. Omar came personally in his private car & helped us to get in to hotel. While roaming in the city, whenever we message or call Omar for any information, he was proactive to help. Thank you. We extend our stay from 2 days to 5 days till weekend & he did it with same rate without charging any extra for the weekend. Very good experience.

Clean, cozy stay
This hotel was great value. Very clean (though the bleach smell in the bathroom and the perfume smell in the room were actually kind of overwhelming!), no signs of smoking (very important to us as we travelled with our baby), and nice little free breakfast in the morning. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for where to eat and how to get there, and he kept our bags for us when we arrived a few hours early (and let us into the room as soon as it was clean, even before check in time). The one problem we had was that it was loud: the call to prayer and the neighborhood cats were very audible from inside our room. Otherwise, wonderful stay, and we would come again!

Mr.Omar takes very good care of his guest and wants to make sure his guests the help they need. The property gives a boutique vibe which is fantastic because its very cosy and intimate. The room was very clean and I felt very very comfortable. Mr.Omar helped me with so much, I truly can't thank him enough. Overall, the staff and the property were above my expectation.

Überraschung nach dem Öffnen der Hoteltür. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, alles sehr sauber, nichts kaputt. Sehr gute Tipps vom Hotelbesitzer. Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, fast nur Abgepacktes und zu viel Müll. Das Umfeld um das Hotel ist bei Nacht beängstigend und generell sehr heruntergekommen. An die Rufzeiten des Muezzin konnte ich mich nicht gewöhnen, morgens schon gegen 6 Uhr.

5/5! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Wow, I am SO GLAD that I decided to stay here. Omer is the absolute best host! Insightful, helpful, hospitable, kind, professional. I truly do not believe that I could've found a better place to stay. My room was just the right size, as all I really needed was a place to sleep, shower, and use my computer. I was being a tourist for most of the day otherwise. You will not find a better place to stay than @ Marvel Suites w/ Omer. HOT TIPS: - Closest Metro Station is Taksim Square - If coming from IST Airport (the new one) use the Havaist Bus #16 (dowstairs @ airport) to Taksim. After that, it's a 10 minute walk to the hostel. Cost is 67 Lira ~ $3.75 - Go get a Turkish bath @ Cagagloglu Hamam!

Hallo zusammen, als ich die Straße zu Marvel Suites herunter ging, war es mir ganz mulmig. Die Gegend sieht sehr heruntergekommen aus und ich war auch um meine Sicherheit besorgt. Check in: mega angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend. All mein Anliegen wurde zu meinem Zufriedenheit erledigt. Sie waren steht’s freundlich und immer da wenn man sie gebraucht hat. Nochmal zu der Gegend, die darauffolgenden Tage / Nächte bin ich ohne Bedenken zu meinem Hotel. Ich habe mich immer sicher gefühlt. Also habt keine Vorurteile!!! Vielen Dank Marvel Suites

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was correct to start a day. But owner is another story, i can guarantee that you will not find better host in all Istanbul. Excellent séjour dans cet établissement, le plus grand point fort c'est bien le propriétaire de l'hôtel Omar très serviable et disponible casiment à toute heure pour régler tous les soucis et donner les bons conseils et les bons plans; il m'a aidé jusqu'à la dernière minute on me débrouillant un taxi pour partir à l'aéroport avec un bon prix alors que j'étais un peu en retard. L'appartement est parfait, le petit-déjeuner est correct. L'emplacement est bien pas loin de Taksim mais il faut traverser une pente pour y accéder.

Séjour fantastique chez Omer, à Marvel Suites.
Séjour merveilleux chez Omer. Hôte aux petits soins, toujours présent quand besoin. Très réactif à nos diverses demandes. De très bons conseils, dans un anglais parfait, pour visiter sa ville. Hôtel très bien placé, à 8 min à pieds de la place Taskim, du métro et des lignes de bus. Situé dans une petite rue au calme, très peu, voire pas de circulation dans la rue. Juste l'appel à la prière depuis la mosquée qui se trouve à côté, mais c'est la culture de ce pays. Comment penser être à Istanbul si on n'entend pas cet appel ? La chambre, accessible par un ascenseur et un escalier au choix, est très bien équipée : grand lit très confortable, étagères de rangement et penderie, petit coffre-fort, table, bouilloire, sachets de thé, frigo bien pratique par ces fortes chaleurs, grande baie vitrée, salle d'eau avec douche, wc et lavabo. Les draps et serviettes sont changés chaque deux jours, c'est même trop. Petit déjeuner copieux (produits locaux) inclus dans le prix de la chambre. On se sent comme à la maison. Nous avons eu un petit pincement au cœur le jour de notre départ. Reviendrons sans hésiter chez Omer.

Very friendly and clean. The manager was excellent, spoke great English, and was very encouraging about my poor Turkish. Would definitely recommend for relatively fit people, as the walk to Taksim Square is quite hilly and steep in places.

Unser Host Ömer war sehr freundlich und hat uns immer sehr viele gute Tipps und Empfehlungen (Restaurants, Shopping, Transportmittel, …) gegeben. Dadurch haben wir uns oft sehr viel Zeit und Mühe erspart. Es war immer sehr nett mit ihm zu plaudern und er hat sich immer darum gekümmert, dass es für uns so angenehm wie möglich ist. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und liegt in einer guten Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.
