Old small rooms and dirty smell
First of all very old small rooms and have a dirty smell. Lady from reception not friendly at all, instead of welcoming us she was busy with chit chatting and busy with her personal phone. Not a good and professional first impression. Furthermore, we were not impressed with the room. Eventhough we complained at the reception the same lady made difficulties. Luckily her supervisor changed our room to a bit better one. Quality of housekeeping below expectations, no wonder about the dirty smell! Breakfast basic, but good service from staff. Overall not a good impression this time. Would not recommend this hotel.

Die Sauberkeit lässt eindeutig zu wünschen übrig. Unser Zimmer war unglaublich stabig obwohl jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Die Oberflächen wurden nicht gründlich gewischt sodass Tassenränder auf Tischen vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag stehen geblieben sind. Haare vom erdten Tag entwickelten sich am nächsten Tag zu Haarbüscheln und wurden trotzdem nicht weggefegt.

It is an Old building. Smelly bed and sheets. Very rude staff. Not cooperating at all. Break fast service was pathetic.

Will not stay in this hotel again
First of all, the wi-fi connection is rubbish, it cannot even handle a simple instagram browsing. The attitude of the receptionists are dependable, some of them are nice and some of them are with bad attitude and also with unclear instructions. The room is supposed to have complementary bottle water, but it was not refilled during the tidying. And also upon request, the hotel did not provide with us the water we asked for. And most important of all, the check-in time was 2pm but the hotel was not ready until 3pm. So we have to wait in the lobby for about an hour. And when the room is ready, toothbrush and toothpaste are missing. Very disappointed at the hotel carelessness.
