Value for money !
For the price per room, this was a great hotel. The people are very very friendly and helpfull, speaking english sufficiently. Great breakfast wiht a lot of choice, reastaurant on the top floor =, great view. Rooms were little crampy, for one person it is OK. Bathroom brandnew and neat. The bed is too short for the average Dutch guy :-), so I must lay diagonally. I booked the top floor room which had a magnificent view westward. However, and this could be a disadvantage of this room, from early afternoon on, the sun heats up the room to coocking point, even with curtains closed, the airco is not capable in dealing wiht that. So have to sleep with airco on. I haven't checked the lower rooms, maybe better ?. Wifi is rather slow, but this is all over Istanbul is my experience. The hotel is located very close to Taxim metro station ( 2 min walk) and the Havas ( airport) bus ( 5 min) as well as Istlikal street. I was there for a conference, the Istanbul Conference hall is 12 - 15 minutes walk

Klein maar gezellig hotel dichtbij centrum Taksim
Hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk. Een vrij klein hotel met 16 kamers, maar voldeed zeker de wensen. Mooi design en zeer proper hotel. Ons kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Ik zou wel geen kamers kiezen van de gelijkvloers, deze zijn vlak achter de lobby en het lawaai kan wel storen.

Right in the heart of Taxim square. No surprised with noise and festivities that the place has to offer, its expected and it does not bother us. Very walkable, area is buzzing with people. Easy access to transportation. You get the true experience of Istanbul. Hotel staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Arranged airport transfer in advance , instructions provided and delivered as planned. Room is clean and very modern. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Ein schönes Hotel am Taksim-Platz, freundliches Personal, sauber, gute Lage in der Nähe der Einkaufszentrums. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das WLAN nicht so gut funktionierte. ansonsten super.

Das Hotel ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Klein aber sehr freundliches liebes Personal. Es fühlt sich wie zu Hause an. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und aufgeräumt. Deniz der Koch für den Frühstück war super nett und hat jeden Tag was neues kreiert. Auch sein Helfer Oguzhan haben uns herzlichst begrüßt und uns sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Die Betten waren etwas zu klein für uns aber sonst super. Wir wurden mit leckerem Kuchen und Getränk in empfang genommen. Es ist etwas hellhörig aber auch ein Fahrstuhl war vorhanden. Der Preis war super. Gerne wieder.

Nice option in Taksim area
It was a very nice and comfy stay. Especially the staff were very helpful. Location is in the heart of Taksim area which has pros and cons of course. Breakfast was tasty. Cleanliness could be improved but overall it was a nice stay.

Trully amazing hotel and people.
Amazing experience! Piano recitals are amazing, people are extremelly friendly, helpful and seems really happy for you to be hosted there. I will stay here again. The staff persons are very attentive and more than willing to help. The room was very comfortable and clean. Though no fault of the hotel itself the street and immediate buildings are in disrepair but I understand this is a neighborhood in transition upwardly.

Vey bad experience!
The worst experience one could have. Really surprised of the ratings… - The room smelled so terrible - phone was down - Internet had a terrible connection - The room door lock was defective . The minute someone steps out of the hotel, he/she will be changed by Beggars..I was promised a refund.. still waiting on the management. Stay away!

HELLO DEAR MRS KAREEMA SABBAH, We are so sorry to say that you were one of the worst experiece one could have for us as well.Actually the proplem started when you reach to the our hotel.Even if you have "hotel collect" reservation when we request you about payment you directly rejected to pay and you claimed that you already paid..For 1 hour we tried to convince you about that you did not pay.After that you called someone about this issue and understood ıt was not paid and made the payment by apologizing.. You came to our hotel after you had nose surgery and your nose was bandaged..You called us to your room and told us there was a bad smell ın the room.We noticed that there was no bad smell in the room as you claimed .We asked you how you could smell with a nose after nose surgery and bandaged .. You called us to your room and told us there was no wifi ,when we checked we understood that you were not even joıned to the wifi modem at your room's stage.Wıthout joining to wifi modem, how you thought that you could to able to use it.After we provided you to be joined to wifi you already saw that there was wifi and and eveything was fine... You claimed that someone in the hotel tried to enter to the your room but after we checked we understood that there was nothing like that event.You claimed that there was a few people were chasing you outside and you were so scared and your life was not in secure because of this ..After then we understood that they were just simple begger and they just wanted money from you... Actually you told that you were suprised about our score and ratings but we also are suprised that such a proplem and troublemaker guest like you could be suprised about our score and ratings.. Even if we did not have to make a refund about your reservation, due to you were so troublemaker guest we accepted to make a refund to you.. best regards..

Excellent Customer Service & extremely clean place
The place was very clean, friendly and excellent service. Mr. Dohan, Erka, Mirag in the front office and all others were friendly, respectful and very helpful to the entire family. The breakfast quality was good. Compact space as shown in the photos but located heart of Taksim square and we enjoyed the stay for 4 nights there. Whatever was needed, all arrangements were immediately made. Best friendly and genuine customer service.
