Continu door schoonmaak personeel lastig gevallen. Ondanks we ons deur op slot hadden en niet storen hadden aangegeven kwam het personeel zo maar in de ochtenden naar binnen. Tevens werd er toegelaten om mensen te laten roken op ons verdieping terwijl er nadrukkelijk stond dat het rookvrije kamers waren. Dit werd door het personeel toegelaten omdat we toch in een lagere klassen zaten en werd ons aangeboden om dan maar 200 euro per dag extra te betalen om naar een luxe suit te gaan. Mijn vriend heeft een extreme mate van Astma en moest hij onder sigaretten geur 2 nachten overnachten. Absoluut geen hotel waar ik in het vervolg terug zal gaan.

Everything was really great; however, it was very hot inside the room as the AC was not fully working since it was raining the first couple of days we were there and the central heating was on. The cleaning staff were great as well; however, they were very loud in the morning and we were awakened one day because of their loud and chatter. Nonetheless, all in all, the staff is ver friendly and the hotel is amazing.

Attention. Il y a toujours des extras à payer. Le prix de l'hôtel est trop cher par rapport au service proposé. L'accès au hammam et à la piscine était normalement gratuit. On nous a demandé de payer un extra car nous ne voulions pas nous faire masser. Tout est cher dans cet hôtel. A éviter.

Good but…
The access of the lounge was a bit complicated as it was constantly closed, and we had to ask a team member to open it. The last day, the reception called on the phone at least four times (since 10:30 am) to remind that the check out is at 12:00 pm Also, the carpet in the room should be replaced especially for customers suffering from allergy (my case). Nevertheless, the food are good. The team of the restaurant (9th floor) are amazing !

The only hotel you have to pay to use the gym?!
Disappointing stay compared to other hotels locally - steep steps up to front of property with no ramp for lugagge or support. Was charged ten euros for using the gym (which is poor quality and the hottest room in the hotel) - this is not made clear before booking or at check in. Staff in the gym reception was rude. Rooms were basic but fine.

Front desk Staff is rude and disrespectful. They speak over you and don’t want to listen. Hotel wanted to scam me and the family by charging us 10 Euros a person per day to use the gym. Wanted to charge us 5 Euros for hair nets for the pool. Checked my reservation and no mention of extra charges for these facilities. Lack of restaurants in the hotel. Would not recommend this place.

In fact it is not my first time in point hotel. This time everything was different, there is no air condition in the room and when we asked they talked about about the system is only for hot airflow. They gave me the room 732 where in the early morning 7:30 the room service start to prepare the trolley with too much noise. If a day we was late to leave the room in the morning, we came back to found the coffee and tea putted on the door without changing the cups or even washed it …

A nice hotel
Great location, good staff, large rooms, nice modern bathroon, good range of toiletries, free water, coffee and tea everyday. The room was cleaned daily and they offered a great breakfast buffetwithchanges everyday. I would say more 4-star than 5-star though.
