Not so good. Service was not up the mark. Following were the problems. *There were no bins in the room. *No one checked in if anything is needed like toilet papers. *There was no double blanket. *There was no water for the whole one night. It was not a satisfactory experience. I would recommend to not go for this hotel if you are staying as a family or as a couple. The only plus for this hotel was its good location. * Wifi was not very good.

Dear guest, we were always ready to help you during your stay with us. You can ask us for a quilt extra. The room had all the products you would need. You can request anything extra free of charge. It's a shame that you gave an unrealistic assessment. There is a trash can, there is toilet paper, there is a quilt,

Can be perfect with a little renovation
The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Istanbul where have a lot of commerce and so close to the metro station.. sadly the hotel gave me a room on the last floor near the teras where people have the breakfast .. and I felt that I can't have s full privacy. The room was so old everything were broken even the remote control of the AC.. there is TV but not a smart one . Since everything were old it was impossible to remake weather the room is clean or not. Even the ceiling was broken and the wall was dirty. This hotel can be perfect with a little renovation, there is an alivator but was out of order.

We went for 4 days and first 3 days we were sleeping without air conditioner as it was not working and we needed it due to hot weather. Last day they fixed it. Overall the stay at this place was not good for us as we found problem in everything.

Bon hôtel
L'hôtel est bien situé, convenable dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est très sympathique, le petit-déjeuner est copieux, on le prend sur la terrasse avec une belle vue sur la mosquée. Je recommande et je pense peut-être y retourner pour mon futur séjour.

This hotel is no more than two stars. I think I was cheated by Expedia for paying a daily price of a four star accommodation while in fact was not more than two stars, You ought be more cautious in granting a hotel more stars than really is.

We also provided you with all the necessary service and support. You could evaluate the service of the hotel. Good Locatoon and Very Helpful Staff
Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The hotel is very affordable and in a good location about 30.mins walk to Istanbul City Centre with a number of restaurants near by. The hotel could do with better maintenance and thourough cleaning, other than that the rooms were quiete and the beds were very confy. Thank you Mohammed and the team for making our stay very pleasant.

Positiv: -Das Wichtigste war uns die Sauberkeit und Bequemlichkeit eines Hotels. Das Hotel war wirklich sauber. Die Wäsche waren frisch. Im Zimmer hat es nicht gestunken. Klar, das Zimmer war klein, aber wir sind nur fürs Schlafen hingegangen. Die Betten waren gemütlich. -Die Mitarbeiter*innen im Hotel alle sehr nett, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Gastfreundlichkeit pur.Fahrstuhl war kaputt. Er hat uns die Koffer hoch- und runtergetragen. - Die Mitarbeiterin in der Küche auch sehr süß. -Die Straße, indem sich das Hotel befindet, ist sehr lebendig. Vor allem abends, nachts. Man braucht also keine Angst haben. Es ist nicht dunkel, sondern eher hell. Mir hatte man erzählt, dass man sich im Bezirk Fatih in Acht nehmen soll. Aber es waren so nette Leute. Es war jetzt nicht so krass unterbeleuchtet die Gegend. Man kommt klar. Ich meine, wenn man Kotti in Berlin kennt und keine Angst hat, dann braucht man auch hier keine Angst zu haben :). - es gab wirklich gutes Wlan. -Sahlepci und Kahveci daneben top - Die Lage des Hotels war top. Vieles war mit Fuß zu erreichen z.B. Süleymaniye Camii, Kapali Çarşi, Misir Çarşisi. Exchange, Eminönü usw. ist alles in der Nähe. Negativ: -In unserem Zimmer hatten wir ne "Balkontür", die nicht ganz zuging, d.h. kalte Luft kam herein. Wir froren noch mehr in der kalten Winternacht. Die Mitarbeiter haben es versucht zu reparieren, aber es war am Ende wieder gleich.Wir haben versucht uns mit der Klimaanlage zu erwärmen. -Frühstück nur kleine Auswahl

La chambre est trop petite, il n'y a pas de volet pour éviter la lumière surtout la nuit. On n'a fait trois nuits blanches à cause d'un bruit agaçant ce bruit il était dans notre chambre. A la troisième nuit on s'est rendu compte que le bruit vient d'un placard qui est fermé avec le cadenas, c'était le chauffe eau c'est inadmissible je n'ai jamais vu ça l'hôtel est hors norme
