Top hotel. Hotel was erg schoon. Er werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. Schoonmaaksters deden echt hen best om het schoon te houden. Meryem heeft ons echt goed geholpen. Een hele lieve meid. Liefs Selma

Konaklamadaki problemler.
Personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ama birlikte konakldıpımız yabancı misafirlerime ücretli hizmet vermek bahanesi ile kazık attılar. Mesela gsm hattı almak için yardım etmek isteyip astronomik bir ücret istiyorlar. Otopark için aşırı yüksek ücretler istiyorlar. Otelin ısıtma sistemi çok kötü tuvalet bozuk pencereler mutfak kokusu gelen bina aralarına açılıyor. Yabancı tv kanalları çalışmıyor. Müşterilerle konuşma üslubu aşırı laubali ( resepsiyondaki bay arkadaş ) bir daha asla gelmeyiz. Kimseye de tavsiye etmeyiz.

Mitigé par rapport à la classification 4 étoiles : Des chambres petites et pas toujours avec fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur ! assez bruyantes du fait des ventilations forcées et bruits de cuisine provenant des conduits. Par contre la terrasse sur le toit c'est top, et le buffet du petit dej avec vue sur la mer fait oublier le reste. Localisation idéale, pas trop près des centres d'attractions touristiques mais pas trop loin non plus, et en plus de bons restos à proximité directe ( moins de 3 minutes à pied, et bien mieux que dans l'hôtel)

This hotel is located in front of an extremely busy street. With sidewalks very uneven and you literally need to fear getting hit by a car or motorcycle while crossing the street. The rooms are small and bathroom very small. This hotel has one busy elevator. The breakfast is very basic nothing to consider elaborate. The roof top restaurant overlooks tops of other buildings and the straights. The pictures and views shown on the travel sites are much more embellished than reality. There is assorted restaurants on a plaza very close by. The Grand Bazaar is one mile up hill from the hotel, but the other attractions is far away, take public transportation. Again be aware of the traffic. I highly advise to get a hotel near the rail system, as this becomes a much easier way to see the main sites. This hotel is about 45 minutes away from the airport As far as the four star ratings I give it a 3.

No hot water in bathroom sink, shower leaked onto bathroom floor, bad oder in hallways. Do not ask for airport shuttle we got charged for it but the driver never showed up and we had to take a cab.

Disappointing!
Dingy hotel. First and last time to stay here. Restaurant staff was shouting rude comments in Turkish, assuming no one understood. And, we got it all. Front desk lady was very professional and a problem solver. Rooms smelled of sewage. Overall, creepy hotel where you hear all sounds from surrounding rooms and above.
