Goede appartement
Leuke appartement, goed voor 2 personen. Enige wat niet klopte was dat volgens de boeking 2 single bedden zou zijn, in praktijk was het een dubbel bed. Voor ons niet erg, voor anderen kan het een bezwaar zijn

The property is out of business. The cost of hotel should have included shuttle to and from airport. The hotel didn’t respond to my questions on how to find a kiosk at the airport. More to my experience, i had to pay to get to the hotel. Upon arrival to a hotel it appeared that this hotel was out of business while Expedia still selling rooms to customers. Contacted Expedia for full refund.

Newly built with significant safety issues. I arrived at 11pm, took a shower and noticed the hairdryer wasn't working/appeared to have been fried (electrical) from prior use. Seemed odd. I unpacked my suitcase and brought out the portable Carbon Monoxide detector that I had with me during the prior 12 days of my trip. The levels went up to 36ppm which is unsafe (WHO declares 9 or above to be unsafe). I contacted the Manager by phone and his representative came to the room while we decided my next option. While in the room, I plugged my iPhone into the wall and within 5 minutes both my phone and the charger became too hot to touch. I showed this to the representative who was standing there and he was surprised. Given the hairdryer that seemed to have received a surge of electricity and my phone getting hot, I think someone needs to check the electrical system. This was the first time I traveled with a CO detector and it had registered 0 throughout my entire vacation, except for here. They first advised I keep the sliding glass door open while sleeping and then offered to put me in another building but I didn't feel comfortable with this plan. They denied my request for a refund because I was there for 1.5hours. Will file a claim with my travel insurance.

My daughter and I stayed there for two nights between flights in and out of Istanbul. We chose this place because of the included airport transfer and proximity to the airport. Right after booking we received an email confirmation with clear instructions about the transfer (meeting point, etc). Same excellent communication when checking out. Also, liked the room -- good size and clean. Thank you!

I took an 18 minute taxi ride for 110 tl to get there from ist airport. The property also offers rides for 25 eu. You have to call the property on the way or ask the security guard to call upon arrival. Someone will escort you to your unit. This is a gated community of residential apartment complexes with a 24 hr security guard. Residents of all ages live in a majority of the units. I booked a 1bdr unit with a full kitchen and living room. You have to bring your own food and drinks. There is no restaurant on this property or around within 1km. But, there is a very small market within walking distance open during regular business hours. The unit I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. I definitely will come back.

Free Shuttle service to airport. This accommodation is best for a traveler with an overnight layovers. Besides the free service thete is not much to ofter. There is no reception. I was checked in with no explanation on how to operate anything. Being a foreign guest. I expected more assistance.

Loved it!
The room was clean and had a separate kitchenette, stuff was friendly and even offered me food upon my late arrival, but the best thing was they organized a free airport transfer for me which I really appreciated since it was just a short stay in between flights.

Although there was no AC it was not needed because the cool wind from outside would come in to cool the place. Very peaceful and quiet.

The potential for this property is fabulous. It's an ideal location for an early morning flight out of IST. The rooms were spacious and well furnished and communication was excellent. However, the building we were in was clearly still under construction. We had a missing cabinet in one bath and there was a coating of construction dust. The room we reserved did not have hot water so we were given 2 rooms instead. WiFi did not work in one room and we had to wait for the second room to be cleaned--this at our 10 PM arrival. In another 6 months when construction is complete, this will be a great hotel.
