Heerlijk, centraal gelegen boetiekhotel
Een van de leukste hotels waar ik heb gezeten. Prachtig opgeknapt gebouw met ruime, mooie kamers in een rustig straatje in het drukke Istanbul. Lekker ontbijt op de ‘glazen’ dakverdieping met uitzicht op de Bosporus, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. In vijf minuten sta je op de Istiklal of zit je in de tram naar de Hagia Sophia. Een aanrader!

Very beautiful hotel
Nice hotel, with some art. friendly staff. We got a double upgrade and this is a very large room. Very nice situated on the centre, but still no nose of the surroundings. I would certainly book a next time.

Prima hotel centraal gelegen
Prima hotel centraal gelegen en door de naastgelegen italiaanse ambassade in een bijzonder rustige straatvwaardoor je vergeet dat je in het enorm drukke Istanbul verblijft. De kwaliteit van de kamer, het hotel en het personeel is prima. Het restaurant op de vierde verdieping heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de stad.

We had a great stay ( 5 nights), everything was perfect. The hotel is situated in a very quiet street, which is rare in Istanbul. Breakfast was outstanding, the service impeccable (a big thank you to the two gentlemen that looked after us)and the views are amazing. 家族４名、２部屋にて滞在しました。１部屋はクラシックスイートからデラックススイートへ無償アップグレードくださり大満足の滞在となりました。 イスタンブールでは、TomTom Suite の他、カラキョイ地区の５つ星ホテルに滞在をしましたが、正直、雲泥の差でした。 まず、客室は２０室のみということもあるのか、スタッフの方々のサービスが完璧です。朝食や夕食も申し分なく、最高でした。 高台に立ってるため、朝食を取ったレストランからの景色も感動的でした。 難点を言えば、トラムの駅からずっと上り坂となるため、観光に疲れた体には正直堪えましたが、それらを差し引いてもお薦めです。

Tomtom suites is a fantastic hotel right next to the high street of Istanbul, İstiklal Cd. I’ve seen some negative reviews of difficulty getting to the hotel which requires some steep uphill/downhill walking, but this criticism is unfair as the entire city of Istanbul is full of hills and you’ll get a great leg workout regardless of where you stay. Speaking of the room itself, we’re fortunate enough to get upgraded three times thanks to booking though Expedia (we had VIP access through the site), the room is very spacious, clean, and comes with high quality toiletries (Molton Brown) as well. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor, which doubles as their one Michelin starred restaurant Nicole in the evening. The breakfast is exquisite and offers high quality pastries and cheeses. They’ll also make eggs to your liking, I had the omelette and honestly it was one of the best I’ve had in my entire middle eastern trip. They also give you a delicious salad and an assortment of homemade jams (loved the tomato paste!). Would definitely pick this hotel if we visit Istanbul again.

Das Suiten-Hotel war in Summe sehr schön, die Unterkunft sauber und der Service sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage am italienischen Konsulat. Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, um auf die Istiklal zu kommen (sehr steiler Anstieg). Der Service hat meiner Frau und mir sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem hervorzuheben ist Fuat beim Frühstücks-Service. Er ist wirklich für das Hotel eine Bereicherung und Beispiel für tollen Service und Professionalität. Die Dachterasse und der Blick von dort sind spektakulär. Nurol beim Empfang war ebenfalls klasse und immer hilfsbereit. Beide waren gleichermaßen angenehm und professionell. Was die Stimmung eingetrübt hat: am Morgen der Abfahrt wurde uns noch der Piccolo aus der Minibar in Rechnung gestellt - wobei wir dachten, dass wir alles am Voraben bereits beglichen hätten - mindestens hatte man uns das so gesagt. Böse Überraschung: für den Piccolo (Wert 4-8 Euro) mußten wir 32 Euro zahlen. Das ist übertrieben und hinteräßt einen faden Beigeschmack.

From the moment you enter this hotel you definitely notice that it's special. The rooms are high design with curated art work. The staff is of the caliber of the best 5 star hotels anywhere. The location and it's close proximity to Bebek and Galata Tower which make it one of the top areas in Istanbul. The daily breakfast was spectacular and the service again above and beyond. I can't recommend this Hotel enough. We will definitely be back again and again.

Beautifully renovated historic building in a quieter part of the City but walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are very large and bathrooms are modern with plenty of space. The staff really do go out of their way to accommodate you. This was our second stay here and on both occasions they made sure we could check into our rooms early. Also provided late checkout. Breakfast is excellent and served in rooftop restaurant with views out over the Bosphorus.

Absolutely Fantastic! The hospitality is top notch. We stayed here for a few nights prior to our cruise. They helped us arrange a walking tour (Our guide Musa was fabulous), a beautiful Hamam just a short walk away and we had them arrange another tour and transfer to the airport once our cruise returns. The breakfast and view from the top floor were both amazing. For us, Istanbul is best seen by foot and this place is a great location, but there is a little walking to be done. Easy decision for us on where to stay next time we’re in Istanbul.

Great service at a beautifully restored property
What a delightful surprise our stay at the Tom Tom Suites was this past week. The front desk manager, Cenan, went above and beyond on every request we made and many we didn't make. The hotel was gorgeous and our upgraded room huge. The breakfast was tasty. All staff we encountered were friendly and efficient.

5/5 stars. Amazing experience. Have 0 complaints. Gorgeous, modern hotel. Perfectly clean. Had an amazing experience and felt very at home and comfortable in the hotel room. The buffet breakfast is to die for and the staff is incredible...especially the front-desk person Sinan. He is the nicest and most helpful person ever. He makes your experience unmatched! Quiet area near the Italian consulate, easy to walk anywhere.

Excellent rapport qualité/ prix
L'hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne, pratique pour le calme (aucun passage), légèrement plus compliqué pour les déplacements en taxi (rien d'insurmontable pour autant). Le service est au top, le personnel étant discret et ultra serviable. La suite que nous avons occupée était propre et spacieuse. Mention spéciale pour la qualité de la literie. Reste que la déco est un peu surannée, mais rien de bien grave. Quant au petit déjeuner, servi au dernier étage (joli vue mais climatisation très perfectible), il est très bien, même s'il n'y a aucune nouveauté d'un jour sur l'autre.

Great suite!! The staff were super nice, and the breakfast was so satisfying. They even upgraded our room and the room was amazing. We loved everything. However, the taxi driver did not know the place so you might want to tell them it is next to the Italian Embassy. I would definitely love to stay there again! 素晴らしいプチスイートホテルで大満足でした。大型の高級ホテルより客に寄り添ったきめ細かいサービスが素敵です。朝食も眺望が素晴らしい上にライブでオムレツを作ってくれたりサラダや焼き立てクロワッサンが絶品です。客室を無料でアップグレードしてくれて美しく広すぎるお部屋に大きなバスタブで最高に贅沢を味わえます。 このお値段ではコスパが本当に良すぎです。 ただ、タクシーが場所を知らないので、トムトムスイーツはイタリア大使館の真ん前だと伝えたほうがよいです。私たちは変なところで降ろされ、坂を上りまた恐ろしく急な坂をスーツケースで下るというとんでもないところから行かなくてはいけなかったので、そちら側からはハード過ぎました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで優しく、最終日のタクシーも前日に予約してくれ、ホテルで定額カード決済でき、とても助かりました。というのも、イスタンブールではタクシーでぼったくられることが当たり前で、またクレジットカードが使えないことも普通です。 是非また泊まりたいスイートです！

Great attentiveness and service! 24/7 staff was friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was out of this world with a gorgeous view to boot!! Convenient to Istiklal for shopping, atms, etc. Daily tea period in the afternoon was an added treat. I would gladly stay here upon my next visit to Istanbul!

Maximum one star
Friendly staff. Air con works well. Strong shower with good drainage. Quiet and fast elevator. Comfortable bedding. Soft and absorbent towels. Plenty of local specialties for breakfast. Warning: very very steep climb via an smelly alley to the Main Street in one direction and broken sidewalk the other direction. I give a “1” star because the private tour guide the hotel recommended at few hundred Euro a day is a scam. Without going into much detail about his lack of forthcoming info. It’s so upsetting the guide together with few shop owners try to strong arm and relentlessly pressure us to buy things when i repeatedly said no. I have experienced this tactics in few other countries, It’s part of their culture and ways, I understand. Although I don’t believe the private guides are employees of the hotel, but when it’s highly recommended and fees were added to the hotel bill, to me, it’s part of the hotel. it is unbecoming of the management at TomTom not to protect us, their hotel guests from unwanted solicitations and substandard guides.

小規模ですが、歴史的な建物を利用した快適なホテルです。部屋は広く、デザインも素晴らしい。風呂はジャグジーがあり、リラックスできます。ミシュランレストランで朝食が提供されます。スタッフのホスピタリティも良い。 近くにイタリア大使館があり、閑静な場所ですが、賑やかな大通りにもすぐアクセスできます。トラムの駅も歩いてすぐ近い。 ただ一つの注意点は周りの坂道です。もしあなたが荷物が多い、もしくは若者でなければ空港からはタクシーを必ず使いましょう。2023年8月では、イスタンブール空港から400トルコリラです。
