A lady open the door to the building where the office was located, and we where able to contact a different phone #, however we have to wait another 20 minutes to finally have the phone answer (they didn’t call back, even though they know we were waiting).. non issue if you...

'This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20...
