Come and enjoy our Poolside Paradise!
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, one level home sleeps up to 12, located at Paradise Village at Zion, in St. George Utah. Unit #35 is just steps away from the beautiful award winning two-tier pool with kiddie area, rock waterfall, slide and large hot tub that is heated year round. There is a clubhouse that can be rented out by guests which includes a kitchen, large gathering space w/fireplace, bathrooms and an outdoor patio w/fireplace. There's even a workout room stocked with necessities to keep you on target even while on vacation.
~Unit #35 is in the middle of it all and is an absolutely prime location!

Paradise Village also offers an amazing Kids’ Cove Water Park with a lazy river, snack shack and another large hot tub that fits 20 people.
Just a walk across the street there are 6 pickle-ball courts, sand volleyball, baseball, basketball, a large grass area with pavilion and a playground. RV, boat parking and extra parking are also across the street from our home.

No worries in trying to find your key or key card. Our unit has a keyless entry for safety and an entry code that is customized for each renter.

Our fully loaded kitchen is supplied with all the amenities and spices to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Basic cookware, serve ware, glassware, cutlery, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent are all provided. With the outdoor grill and patio fire pit table, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while making s’mores (skewers included) and soaking in your own private hot tub!! While having fun on your own private patio you can watch the kids play spike ball or tag in the large grassy area just steps from the patio. In our kitchen we also supply an electric griddle, Belgium waffle iron, mini wafer maker, hot sandwich maker, crock pot, rice cooker, mixing bowls, coffee maker and more.

Our bedrooms have new bedding and linens, clean comforters, pillows, blankets and sheets are available on each bed. We have a queen air mattress and a pack ‘n play in the master closet. In the bathrooms you will find complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Two blow dryers are provided. Pool towels are provided and stored in the laundry room along with a first aid kit. We provide a washing machine, dryer and complimentary detergent if you need to wash anything. You will also find an ironing board, iron and starch.

You will have your own 2 car private garage with garage door opener and direct access to the house through the garage. In the garage you will find paddles & balls for pickle ball, pool floats, children’s life jackets, sun umbrella, sand toys, football, soccer ball, volley ball, spike ball and much more.

Walking, running and biking trails are everywhere. It's an 8-min drive to Tuacahn Amphitheater. There is a fabulous Harmon's grocery store a mile away that has an amazing gelato bar, salad & soup bars, coffee cafe, cheese deli & bakery. They carry gluten-free products & you can gather provisions easily. Also close by are Ace Hardware, Dollar Tree, Swig and Café Rio, just to name a few.

*As our guests you have access to all of the fun Paradise Village has to offer 365 days of the year! The pools are open 8 a.m. to 10p.m.
