Great experience
The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area.

First of all, this was super close to the medical school so it was perfect. They were very responsive to my inquiries. The room was very comfortable and a good relaxing return from the drive from Las Vegas and from the days work. If I return, I would look for this room again. Mahalo!

Very clean with all the little extras that make traveling comfortable. There was a communication glitch about check in but once I messaged the host she responded very quickly with clear instructions. Would definately stay here again.

This was a stopping point on the way to drop my son off to college. Just needed a quiet small place to spend the night. This was a perfect property. Very clean and good communication with the owners. Neighborhood was quiet. We got in late and left early so it was perfect for what we needed.

Great little place, very private feel. We stayed longer than our normal weekend visit would be—so I ended up wishing there was a toaster in the room. But now that I write this, I realize no hotels really do toasters in the room either.... So I guess if they had a continental breakfast somehow the amenities would even get 5 stars 😆. Only 1 plastic knife there as well with all the plastic forks and spoons, but again—why even have forks if there's only coffee in the room? We used them for the food we brought ourselves and we were glad for those and the spoons. Really good if you don't want to have to drive far from the Tuacahn shows late at night 👍

We had a whirlwind stay coming in late at night and the hosts were so accommodating. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again. Such a very short car ride to Tuachan where we saw an incredible Willie Wonka show.

I was so freaked out by the location I never went inside
This place is behind a main house, surrounded by pickup trucks and construction detritus. I have no idea what it was like inside because I was too freaked out by the setting to even get out of my car. I know I would not have felt safe staying there alone. Very isolated and very conspicuous at the same time.

Your one star review is illegitimate, you were at the wrong location. Sorry that our instructions, directions and pictures were not adequate enough for you to get to the suite. You were close, I wish you would have contacted me The suite is in the front by the two lovely water fountains. Your description of our construction office located in the back of the property is accurate . However; I am sad that you missed seeing the chickens, our two friendly goats (Jitter, and Kerry), and the clean comfortable suite that we had prepared for you. A simple phone call or text would have corrected your error. If you are in the area again please contact us we would love for you to stay at the correct location.

Cozy!
Wonderful property! Very cozy! Was up for shows at Tuacahn, so nice not to have to drive back into St. George after show! Super clean, well stocked, loads of fluffy towels! The one big chair w/foot rest was so comfy that I wanted to throw it into the back of my truck and take it home with me!! I was supposed to get some work done, but ended up watching the giant tv, snuggled into the comfy chair! Some streaming services I didn't have a home, so that was fun, especially once I figured out how to use the Apple tv remote! (Had to google it!) Wonderful neighborhood, quiet and super dark at night! Chevron just minutes away with pretty low gas prices! Fridge with little freezer (could put one or two small frozen meals in there) and microwave allowed me to bring all my food with me. Lorrie is lovely, had nice conversation with her. But if you want complete privacy, it's yours too, door is coded for checkin. I was running late driving up from Vegas so went directly to the show at Tuacahn, which meant I was checking in after dark, and I do mean dark!! No street lights, it's marvelously dark! And although I had looked at the house on Googlemaps before I went, I was wondering if I would have trouble finding it in the dark...but they have Christmas lights outlining the house so it was super easy to spot!! If you're driving up from Vegas, be sure to check directions, you can cut off I15 in Littlefield to go to Ivins, avoiding going through the pass and St. George. It's a 2 lane highway, but very little traffic and a beautiful ride. Right now (10/22) will also avoid some of the major construction on I15.

Cozy place to stay!
This place was wonderful for me to stay. I was in town visiting some friends and just needed a safe quiet comfortable place to sleep at night and this definitely fit the bill. I especially loved the water fountains outside my window! So beautiful and soothing! Would highly recommend!

We were driving through on our way home. We needed a place for one night. Lorrie and Bob’s place was very clean and comfortable. We had our own space and entrance. Grassy area for our dog. The room had the basic amenities, WiFi, tv, hair dryer, fridge, microwave. We were pleased to see a kuerig (although bring your own coffee, which we did). The queen bed was very comfortable. The location felt safe. In a quiet residential area. If passing this way again, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property
This place was absolutely wonderful, the little hotel style set up was perfect for an overnight stay in the middle of travels. For those of you traveling with animals; there is a Golden Retriever on property but it’s super sweet as well and we didn’t experience any issues! I definitely recommend this place if you’re in this area!

Cute little room, perfect location for us.
We found a live scorpion in the bathroom which made it uncomfortable and worried to sleep. If it’s a problem In The area maybe let people know it is or have sticky traps in the bathroom to check frequently.

Thank you for pointing out that this room does not have a full kitchen, dining room table or dishes. It is a studio by definition because it has a kitchenette. We have checked the room description on Vrbo and have verified that it is accurate. As you know it has a microwave, mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker, and due to your suggestion it will now have a hair dryer. We are always anxious to improve the comfort and convenience for our future guests.
