'La casa es bonita, tiene espacio para dos autos y una alberca limpia. También está bien equipada para poder cocinar, asar afuera el carbón y pasarla bien. Los cuartos, los baños y la cocina necesitan mantenimiento, las puertas de la recámara y el baño la planta baja se cierran con seguro por fuera y hay que llamar a al servicio para que las abra. Fuera de eso todo muy bien !'

'When we first got there things didn't seem to bad. The Host's assistant showed us around and we settled in. Looking around we discovered there were 2 melamine plates to use, an assortment of cutlery, including plasticware. There were no "glass" glasses. Plastic glasses, Sippy cups other plastic cups. 'We spent seven full nights at Portofino and it was truly serene. Three things stood out: 1) The staff. Our servers E and A were truly amazing. Sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was more entertaining than a negative. As a US resident visiting a foreign country I don't expect our hosts to automatically speak english and it was actually more authentic to wade through some back and forth. And it wasn't a distraction at all we enjoyed the conversation. They were always checking on...

'Amazing property. Very magical place. Ocean views from your bed. Room was kept clean daily. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped organize many adventures. Food was great.
